purchased two both failed inside of a year

January of 24. I purchased one of these. it worked until the summer and then it was stored. in January of 25. it failed and I bought a second one... here I am in December of 25 and this second one has failed... stay away.. Sam's does not refund even if you're unhappy with the broken unit you've purchased twice.

I love the bronze finish on this, really looks nice. And we think the light up surface to put our hot chocolate on is a nice touch. But really, we just love to get heat at the flick of a button, and enjoy some nighttime outdoors. It worked great! Good heater for the money. Blue film on the top plate is a nightmare to remove. Ironically those pieces arrived dented, but at least they weren’t scratched. Used once and provided enough heat on high that we had to turn it down to low. Overall quite happy with these patio heaters.
