Not user friendly

Extremely slow brewing on both sides from day one. If you want to use both sides simultaneously you turn off the heating pad under the carafe

One star

I bought this coffee maker, cause I needed a pot coffee maker & a k-cup coffee maker. 2nd not the water from the k-cup side runs in the pot side. Not allowing you to make a cup of coffee.

Typically, this is a tell-tale symptom that a blockage or clog has formed in the tubing and the appliance needs to be cleaned. To remedy this occurrence, we would recommend that you complete the cleaning procedure noted in the use and care manual. If the noted troubleshooting step does not remedy your occurrence, please feel free to contact our customer service department.
