I actually like the coffee pot, but the water tank reservoir is a nightmare to clean and gets yucky buildup in a constant. This is a very poor design because you cannot take the reservoir off to clean it.

I purchased 2 of these from Sams Club. Both are no longer working. Nice concept but it doesn't last. One of them has a burning smell and the other won't release the water. One of them is 1 yr old. The other is 2 yrs old.

I received this and it must have been retuned previously as it was taped and the box was busted and a piece was loose in the bottom. The outside box was in good condition so I believe is was packed damaged and sent to me

Love this coffee maker. It's versatile and looks great on my counter! The coffee comes out so strong on the Bold setting, it's better than my Kuerig!

Purchased as a Christmas gift. The maker, as great as it seems, does not make coffee hot enough. The coffee is lukewarm when percolating and the only gets hot from the heating receptacle. Going to return it.

Takes a very long time for the single side to heat water/start brew: have not used pot side yet. Looks nice. Fairly easy to use. Display screen could be brighter. Seems OK for price…time will tell.

K cup dispenser stopped working after warranty expired, 1 year after purchase. I️ should have taken back after 3 months but couldn’t find receipt. The kcup side was always difficult to use, errored, took several times to work

The single cup function from grounds in the appropriate filter that came with the machine spewed hot coffee and grounds around my kitchen when used as instructed. The quest for single cup coffee from grounds continues.

what I don't like at all is that the k cup side reservoir is only one cup. you have to pour water in for each cup. no thanks. received today. returning to Sam's Club tomorrow!
