I bought this about three weeks ago. We have four coffee drinkers in our home. The ability to make a single cup using ground coffee and not k-cups, is a huge plus!! Love it!

Very easy to use - easy to clean/change coffee grounds for single serve side. (If you are brewing) not using kcup I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends and family

It's very easy to operate. I am very pleased overall. Maybe one thing that could be improved is to make the area larger where you pour the water into the reservoir .

This is a great machine. I can have my one cup of coffee using the K-Cup feature, or brew a whole pot when I have company. It's nice to have the flexibility!!

I love the double option. Makes a full pot for me and husband in the morning. Then later in the day if I want just cup I can do that. My husband uses a bigger mug for up 14 oz. to make his tea.

We bought our coffee maker about a month ago. Our favorite feature is the fact that it has two reservoirs and even after we have prepared our pot for morning, we can have quick k-cup. Enjoying our maker very much.

Personally love it. We have it in our seasonal rental so it will give tenants the choice of making full pot or single serve cups. Easy to use. Works well. Very happy with this purchase.

wanted a maker that let you choose between a pot or a single cup , this was priced reasonably and works great comes with a single cup basket or you use pods

Only issue is that I didn't know the water reservoir only holds enough water for one cup using the single serve option. it's kinda a pain to refill each time the amount you want. Otherwise it seems to work as designed quite well.

The only thing is when you make one cup, the water has to heat up, then make one cup. There is no water reservoir for more than one cup, like my keurig. But the pot of coffee makes good coffee.
