My carafe got broken yesterday while I was washing it and I lost my brew basket where can I buy those two I really need them I love this coffee maker

This is complete Junk. If you have 80 dollars to toss out i suggest throwing it out the window. This Coffee maker will only bring you grief

I really like this product. However, the coffee pot/carafe broke and I need to know where to find a replacement. Anyone have the model/product number for it?

After 2 years, the K-cup stopped working. Today, after 5 years, the carafe broke, leaking hot water outside instead of into the pot. Very disappointed

It is super versatile and easy to use. Easy to clean as well and it is gorgeous..

After 8 months it just started pouring hot water on the counter from somewhere. kept coffee too hot

Maybe its just me, but the K cup/single serve is SLOW brew. Disappointed ?

i have bought two of these which have never lasted over two years

Single brew side requires a refill every use. Hardly a convent factor in a duo brew.
