This was installed about a month ago. We purchased the tower to save space in our small pantry/washing room. The installers were friendly and professional. I am replacing a 15 year old LG washer/dryer. This is a good, reliable, and dependable brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So two months ago I replaced another brand of washer and dryer with this LG combined unit. The reviews were excellent But I was a little nervous. However, the unit is incredible. Clothes are remarkably clean and using the app, you have an incredible amount of possible cycles to pick from. I would definitely do this purchase again tomorrow.

The change from side my side older machines is a big adjustment. The old dryer had a door that would fold down allowing clothes to rest there as you gathered them from the dryer. With these machines, you have to be careful that things do not fall on the floor. Other than that adjustment, they work very well, take up much less space. I really like to operational pieces in the middle instead of at the top of the machines like other stackables. This single unit is the best way to do.

I love my Washtower but....I wish I could connect with it. Because I am running on 5g it won't connect. You would think it would connect using a higher running speed but it doesn't. I hope it will in the future (if that is possible) Other than that I love it!!

But most of all the quietness compared to our old stacked system is the most appreciated. No complaints with the unit so far. However, the user guide portion of the installation and user guide could use some improvement.in explaining the ThinQ features and how to program manual settings rather than using the pre-programmed settings.

The washer holds a lot more than my old unit did and washes a large load of clothes in a very short time. There is a lot to learn and you'll want to keep your manual close by. The unit fits perfectly and frees up space in my garage. As for the dryer, it is a dream come true. I now only need to run it once to get a large load of clothes with towels, fully dried. My older unit required two cycles and I'm certain it was more energy inefficient. There is still a lot more that I am still learning about this washer and dryer but so far, I'm loving doing laundry as my clothes are washed faster and feel and look cleaner. I highly recommend this product as it holds a lot more clothes than my old unit, washes and dries faster than my old unit, looks beautiful and makes my clothes look and feel cleaner.

I purchased this machine in the spring in order to move my laundry from the basement to the 1st floor. So far I have only been able to use it for 2 weeks (just got the hookups in) but it is a very nice machine. The dryer seems faster than my gas one and it is overall very easy to operate and seems to do a good job of both washing and drying my laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had it long but I love most of it. I wish it had a dewrinkle setting like our last one. I haven't learned everything about it yet but I haven't been able to find a setting that works when you don't have time to iron. I like that it's easy to learn and easy to dry out so it doesn't get mildewed. It's very quiet but does a great job.
