I bought the tower in May 2023. I am so happy I did - the settings are in the middle of the tower which as petite person makes it easier for me to use, the fact that the laundry is "weighed" by the machines helps save time and energy when washing and drying, and the sound of the bells to indicate the cycle the machines are going through is really helpful when I am working on other projects in my kitchen.

Thought about stacking a washer and dryer but I'm short so it would have made it hard to reach the top control. The controls in the middle make this thing perfect! It's fairly quiet, not any louder than any other machine we have had. Now I'm going to get my laundry room cabinets built around it. Highly recommend this machine!

The dryer is equally as good, temperature control is easy to set and also plays a tune when complete. I chose the white for overall appearance. The hook up was easy and quick.

Our laundry room is small and on the second level with our bedrooms. Runs pretty quietly and is very stable. We chose the white as I thought it would remain the cleanest and without scratches. I did not have wi-if hooked up to run it off of my phone.

Perfect combo for my space. Stackable washer and dryers were too tall for my wife. She would never be able to reach the controls on the dryer. I don’t know why they design stackable like that. This washtower is perfect with all of the controls in the center. It also makes it a more compact. It also looks great so we don’t have to hide it behind a door. It is part of our room design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer and dryer work as expected. Main gripe is the dumb vibration sensor that seems to be integral to it working. The only reason I didn't knock it down further is because I have a 5 year repair warranty, but still, a less than 1 year old washer shouldn't stop working just because of a dumb sensor when the washer itself is mechanically perfect. Never been able to use the app features because it seems to hate wi-fi mesh systems so I gave up on that also. I did try turning off the 5Ghz signal and retrying, but nothing.

The full size stainless steal tub and dryer are a dream. Plus, there are plenty of different cycles. It's the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine, perfect center controls for short persons, like my wife (she is 5.1) and the big problem was stacking machines with the dryer controls in the top, problem solved, the machine is great once you set the washer the dryer set it self to match the washer settings, install the APP and you can use your smart phone also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower washer/dryer a month ago and I am so happy that I did. It is the most efficient washer/dryer I have ever used. The clothes one out of the washer much dryer than my previous front load washer. As a result, they dry in less time. This unit is not only efficient but sleek, takes up less space and best of all, the controls are at eye level. It is helpful to have the dryer at eye level because I am able to remove the clothes more easily and less apt to drop them on the floor because I am not bending over to remove them.
