great big dryer and is quiet, does everything.
Sams delivered the appliances damaged
The dryer looks like it was hit by a fork lift and the driver said the same and took pictures. I cannot get Sam's Club to do anything about it though. When I try their chat, they quit responding and then disconnect me. The first chat, the Sams employee said they would follow up with an email for me to send photos. They never sent an email. I spent over $2,000 and cannot get appliances that are not damaged.

Love the smart features!
We've only had this for 5 days but already love it! Done 9 loads so far. Why I know is the ThiqQ app keeps a count and notifies you when it reaches 30 cycles so you can run a "Tub Clean" cycle. Also shows how much electricity has been used. I have it set up to notify my wife and I on our phones when the cycle completes and Alexa announces it on our Echo devices. As you can probably tell, I love the smart features!

Wonderful product

Our old dryer worked fine, but we replaced it with a new washer dryer set and are sure glad we did. This is the best and largest dryer I've ever used. The drying time is awesome.

HUGE REGRETS!!!
Pros: They look nice. They clean/dry well and are quiet. Cons: Drum light only comes on when you hit the power button, not when opening the doors. Light button only works during a load. Front panel wording is off-white, not backlit & hard to see. Dial starts off on “Normal” but can’t choose options, you have to turn it again to "Normal (if using that setting) to be able to adjust water temp, spin, etc. Settings don’t save, you have to adjust for every load, even if you same loads back to back. I WOULD NOT BUY THESE AGAIN!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer when our old one died because it was the largest capacity one I could find. The size and the fact that it dries are pretty much the best things about it. There are several frustrations, though, that keep me from recommending it. - Even when set to max dry, it often doesn't get my clothes dried all the way. I have to follow up with a timed cycle. - The options for the pre-programmed and downloadable cycles are pointlessly limited. Sometimes you can change the temp, sometimes not; sometimes you can change the dry level, sometimes not, etc. This would be OK except... - There is no way to create and save your own cycle. I usually dry my clothes on medium low heat, max dry level, wrinkle care on. There is no way for me to preset this. Even my old "dumb" dryer would keep the previous settings until I changed them. It seems like a small thing, but a dryer with this much tech built in should at least let me keep my settings. - There's no drying rack to air dry without tumbling. Small thing, but it is good to have and should be included with a dryer at this price. I can't recommend this dryer. Unless you really need the size and can't find anything else, I would keep looking.
