We purchased this dryer along with the matching washer about a year ago, and it's been a great experience so far. It does a thorough job of drying even the largest loads of towels or large bulky items such as blankets. I haven't had to use the steam feature yet because I haven't had any problems with clothes being wrinkled after drying. Hands down my favorite feature is the LG Thin Q mobile app where I can see how much time I have left until my load is done. All of the appliances in my home are LG, and I couldn't be happier with the look and performance of this brand.

We've had this ThinQ 9 cu ft dryer for 3 weeks , it is stacked on and synced with an LG 5.2 ThinQ Washer . The Dryer is quite for its size and with all the room inside it dry's very well as the clothes have air space instead of being over stuffed from a large load . Lots of drying choices plus Extra options when you sync your phone with the ThinQ app and it sends notifications when its done plus you can see how much time is left on the app. It also has a very good light inside and pleasant tone when it is done.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Dries well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

We got the set on December 29th, 2022 and with a little learning curve on how to control the wrinkles, we're loving the job this pair does. We hada tech out forour fridge and as he was leaving, saw the washer and dryer and gave us lots of really useful tips on detergent, softner and most efficient way to dry our clothes.

I got the LG washer, dryer and a pedestal washer and they are amazing! They look absolutely beautiful! They work beautifully and very efficient! Less time washing and drying saves me money with water, electricity, and soap. I highly recommend this product.

The dryer works amazingly well. The only thing we've found so far that's an issue is that if there's one item inside the dryer that's still a little damp, it'll continue to increase the drying time of the entire load which causes us to think our clothes may start shrinking.

The dryer operationally is very good. I like the total stainless steel tub, large capacity, multiple drying cycles, and ease of use. However, we needed to reverse the dryer door, the repairmen could not get it done (broken and stripped screws), and ended up having replacement screws sent to us and my husband having to reverse the door.

Ok I really like my dryer. It takes less time to dry clothes. The hooking it up to the internet has been nothing but trouble, I have yet to get it to work and the support number sent me to a different number and I got tired waiting for someone to answer.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago. It is performing well so far. I am giving this dryer a 3 because i am very disappointed with the fact it does not have a drying rack. This washer cost a lot of money to not come with one. I am considering returning it for this reason. Shame on LG

I'm very disappointed with the quality of my LG dryer, especially the lint filter and screen. Within just a couple of years of normal use, the lint filter became damaged and the screen started tearing and warping. This is unacceptable for a major appliance. Because of this defect, lint is no longer properly trapped, and it has started affecting my laundry. Several of my clothes have been damaged—some fabrics have snagged, worn out faster, or even developed small tears. This has been extremely frustrating and costly. I've taken proper care of the dryer, including cleaning the lint filter after every load, so this is clearly a durability issue and not misuse. A component as critical as the lint filter should last much longer and should not put clothing at risk. I expected better quality and reliability from LG. I strongly recommend improving the durability of the lint filter design and addressing this issue for customers who have experienced similar problems.
