I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Dries well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

We purchased this dryer along with the matching washer about a year ago, and it's been a great experience so far. It does a thorough job of drying even the largest loads of towels or large bulky items such as blankets. I haven't had to use the steam feature yet because I haven't had any problems with clothes being wrinkled after drying. Hands down my favorite feature is the LG Thin Q mobile app where I can see how much time I have left until my load is done. All of the appliances in my home are LG, and I couldn't be happier with the look and performance of this brand.

I got the LG washer, dryer and a pedestal washer and they are amazing! They look absolutely beautiful! They work beautifully and very efficient! Less time washing and drying saves me money with water, electricity, and soap. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I don’t understand why you don’t have it so I can dry my clothes on low a lot of clothes are supposed to be dry on low and sheets and comforters it should be a choice. So I have to use time dry on most things.

We were nervous about all the different options but quickly got over it. When we make washes there is still plenty of room to add things. Our old washer and dryer were so much smaller. What a find. Also the clothes seem to come out so much better. We couldn’t be more pleased. We hope the LG pair are with us for a very long time.

I bought this after my divorce and my ex took everything including the appliances. I have 2 kids and needed something they called "uber dryer". I love the extra capacity size perfect for larger items like comforters and blankets, there is a feature to keep clothes wrinkle free after drying is comple, and a steam feature that works great for freshening up clothes or for dry cleaning only. Its amazing and energy efficient. I am so happy that i found the perfect unit for my family, can't say enough about this unit, if you have the room it is a great investment and the price was reasonable for all its amenities.

I like my new dryer. It’s fast efficient and easy. I’m not pleased that I can’t use WI-FI, I’ve tried several time to connect without success. I’m planning to work with the LG support team. I took 1 star because, IMO, connecting to WI-FI should be very easy.

The dryer works amazingly well. The only thing we've found so far that's an issue is that if there's one item inside the dryer that's still a little damp, it'll continue to increase the drying time of the entire load which causes us to think our clothes may start shrinking.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago. It is performing well so far. I am giving this dryer a 3 because i am very disappointed with the fact it does not have a drying rack. This washer cost a lot of money to not come with one. I am considering returning it for this reason. Shame on LG

Never thought I'd actually LOVE a dryer but this one has all the bells and whistles one could ever think of. My spouse is happy that I will do laundry now without the risk of me ruining something. The dryer takes out the risk of error by having just the right setting for whatever needs to be done.
