The dryer works amazingly well. The only thing we've found so far that's an issue is that if there's one item inside the dryer that's still a little damp, it'll continue to increase the drying time of the entire load which causes us to think our clothes may start shrinking.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago. It is performing well so far. I am giving this dryer a 3 because i am very disappointed with the fact it does not have a drying rack. This washer cost a lot of money to not come with one. I am considering returning it for this reason. Shame on LG

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Dries well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

I purchased a washer and dryer at the end of May, never took possession of the machines and have tried ever since to get them redelivered. With not a bit of satisfaction. I have called, written the President, and called and written again and again. Apparently, you do not even know I do not have any machines. You do not deserve any stars.

I like my new dryer. It’s fast efficient and easy. I’m not pleased that I can’t use WI-FI, I’ve tried several time to connect without success. I’m planning to work with the LG support team. I took 1 star because, IMO, connecting to WI-FI should be very easy.

I got the LG washer, dryer and a pedestal washer and they are amazing! They look absolutely beautiful! They work beautifully and very efficient! Less time washing and drying saves me money with water, electricity, and soap. I highly recommend this product.

The dryer operationally is very good. I like the total stainless steel tub, large capacity, multiple drying cycles, and ease of use. However, we needed to reverse the dryer door, the repairmen could not get it done (broken and stripped screws), and ended up having replacement screws sent to us and my husband having to reverse the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the steamer function! The capacity is huge, the machines barely fit in the laundry room. Installer had to remove the door. The Wi-Fi refuses to connect, even though the washer connected after a few tries.

Machine is awesome, love the quick wash, and the kicker too. However I really am not sure what the WIFI enabled system is really for, looks like the only thing I can do it run a scan to check for any issues with the washer and dryer, well if there was any issues I think I would know when I go to pull my clothes out. I would really like to be notified when the cycle is done or be able to freshen up my clothes in the dryer

Ok I really like my dryer. It takes less time to dry clothes. The hooking it up to the internet has been nothing but trouble, I have yet to get it to work and the support number sent me to a different number and I got tired waiting for someone to answer.
