things are Location, Location, and Location.. For me, in a dryer it is Size, Size, and Size! And at 9 cubic feet, this one has it. I have a king size bed and I was tired of wadding up my blankets, bedspreads, quilts, and even my sheets and stuffing them in the dryer, stopping it every few minutes to take them out and turn them and stuff them back in so a different section could dry and finally taking they out and laying them over some furniture to finish drying. Yes they still wad up some on their own and maybe once in a cycle I have to stop and untangle it but nothing like before and in the end, they are actually dry. Regular clothes are easy and delicates are simple. It is a dryer and it dries my laundry - all of it!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this washer & dryer!!! I have a second home that I have had this washer & dryer in for 11 years and it is still going strong. I was waiting for my old washer & dryer to die in this house, so I could replace them with the same LG washer & dryer. The size is perfect...fits any large bedding you have and can handle multiple bathrooms of towels at the same time. Dries well, runs quiet and is the most reliable washer & dryer I have EVER had. I have recommended this washer & dryer to many friends and family and ALL are very happy with the purchase.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago. It is performing well so far. I am giving this dryer a 3 because i am very disappointed with the fact it does not have a drying rack. This washer cost a lot of money to not come with one. I am considering returning it for this reason. Shame on LG

We've had this ThinQ 9 cu ft dryer for 3 weeks , it is stacked on and synced with an LG 5.2 ThinQ Washer . The Dryer is quite for its size and with all the room inside it dry's very well as the clothes have air space instead of being over stuffed from a large load . Lots of drying choices plus Extra options when you sync your phone with the ThinQ app and it sends notifications when its done plus you can see how much time is left on the app. It also has a very good light inside and pleasant tone when it is done.

I like my new dryer. It’s fast efficient and easy. I’m not pleased that I can’t use WI-FI, I’ve tried several time to connect without success. I’m planning to work with the LG support team. I took 1 star because, IMO, connecting to WI-FI should be very easy.

Ok I really like my dryer. It takes less time to dry clothes. The hooking it up to the internet has been nothing but trouble, I have yet to get it to work and the support number sent me to a different number and I got tired waiting for someone to answer.

I purchased a washer and dryer at the end of May, never took possession of the machines and have tried ever since to get them redelivered. With not a bit of satisfaction. I have called, written the President, and called and written again and again. Apparently, you do not even know I do not have any machines. You do not deserve any stars.

We got the set on December 29th, 2022 and with a little learning curve on how to control the wrinkles, we're loving the job this pair does. We hada tech out forour fridge and as he was leaving, saw the washer and dryer and gave us lots of really useful tips on detergent, softner and most efficient way to dry our clothes.

The dryer operationally is very good. I like the total stainless steel tub, large capacity, multiple drying cycles, and ease of use. However, we needed to reverse the dryer door, the repairmen could not get it done (broken and stripped screws), and ended up having replacement screws sent to us and my husband having to reverse the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG washer and dryer after much research and conferring with friends and family. All agreed that LG was the only way to go. We were nervous about all the different options but quickly got over it. When we make washes there is still plenty of room to add things. Our old washer and dryer were so much smaller. What a find. Also the clothes seem to come out so much better. We couldn’t be more pleased. We hope the LG pair are with us for a very long time.
