The picture was absolutely great! I live on a fixed income so I couldn't afford to get it fixed after the purchase, plus the seller wouldn't refund my money so just glad I have the old TV. LOVED IT WHILE I HAD IT!

I use lan connections to my 1 gig fiber service . the tv browser typically reports a 50 to 60 mbs speed test. Picture quality is good but UHD sometimes suffers due to slow speed Stations that are received via outdoor antenna are good though the source is 60 miles away. On rare occasions sound fails to come up with the picture and a recycle of the channel fixes the problem.

That being said, after several weeks of use, I am having audio problems. Audio levels fluctuate and are accompanied by a snapping or popping sound coming through the speakers. It happens both with the TV speakers and the surround sound speakers. I've tried all the potential fixes that I've found online with no success. Should I address the problem with Samsung or Amazon?

Its bright and vibrant enough for us to watch it in the daytime with curtains open. There are no issues with the blacks and contrast. This is my first smart TV and I was nervous but all of features and the remote were intuitive. I had no issue figuring it out straight from the box.

Our old one served us well for many years and a friend of mine gave it to us when he moved out of state. We had it for nearly 16 years. I saw this television on sale and I thought, why not give it a try. This television has so much more than our old one did. The picture is absolutely beautiful. It hooked right into my surround system with just a couple changes to the settings. The 4K resolution is amazing as well. Colors are vibrant, and the TV is easy to operate . The brightness we had to turn down a bit because it was a bit harsh. Once we set that and the contrast, it's been smooth sailing so far. I would definitely recommend...

I think the brightness and resolution is wonderful. The contrast between the white and dark colors just pop with vibrancy. The accuracy of color and brightness for my TV can't be compared to ant other tv I have bought in the past.

It was easy to set up and place it where I wanted it. The reception from both over the air (via antena) and internet is very good. I am color blind so my review will strictly be on what I can tell the difference from this TV versus my last one. It doesn't take forever to turn on like my last one did.and the size that I chose is just perfect for my apartment.

Nothing was working. I was told 6 months ago that someone was going to call me. No call. I also don't like the remote. I watch antenna channels and can't seem to figure out how to use it. There's no buttons on it!

Colours are good black levels are good as well. The OS is laggy, when i press home or settings. It takes 3-5 second wait before the menu actually appears. That needs to be improved big time. I had a Toshiba QLED TV which is cheaper but was blazing fast.

We had another brand but the remote was difficult for her to use. Too many buttons. These buttons are easier to utilize. The picture is sharper and more defined/ contrast. It is also more easily connected to our internet. In Southern Texas power outages are quite frequent and it doesn’t lose its connection when the backup power comes on.
