[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is fairly big, the colors are a bit dull, as in no Dolby sharpness. The sound is somewhat tinny and if you get a good sound bar, good luck in trying to get it to communicate with this TV. The network Ethernet port has failed and a replacement network card would cost more in parts and labor than this TV is worth. The menus are very touchy and will go further than you request with the remote control. I am more than ready to go to a newer system.

Too many buttons. These buttons are easier to utilize. The picture is sharper and more defined/ contrast. It is also more easily connected to our internet. In Southern Texas power outages are quite frequent and it doesn’t lose its connection when the backup power comes on.

It's clear and makes you feel like you're actually in whatever you are watching. And let's talk about the sound. The sound quality is great and crisp. You also have various choices to choose from to make the sound more dynamic. Finally, I love the fact that I can have all of my streaming networks in one place and I can cast to the tv without having a Google Chromecast connected.

Unfortunately this Samsung does not have a TP link and we had to buy another cable for him to use his hearing aids. Now it only switches between sound and anode for him to use his hearing aids and then others Cannot hear. This was very disappointing!

THE remote is hard to see in a dark room. Nice tv BAD BAD remote I had to buy another remote to be able to use the right way

It took me a month to stop flinching when it looked like something was flying off the screen at me. It's really that great and the best TV I've ever owned. The reception from both over the air (via antena) and internet is very good. I am color blind so my review will strictly be on what I can tell the difference from this TV versus my last one. It doesn't take forever to turn on like my last one did.and the size that I chose is just perfect for my apartment.

I previously had a smaller version same model etc. This one (65") I absolutely love how easy the remote is to use. Having the remote being solar and type C is amazing. The quality of the picture is great. So many presets as well as the ability to customize in so many ways. Overall I am a Samsung groupie. Laptop (Samsung), cellphone (Samsung), 42" TV (Samsung) and the 65" TV (Samsung). Samsung makes a superior product over any other brand. Prove me wrong!
