[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV graphics are really good. I really do enjoy them although sometimes I do notice that it lags behind a little bit for TV. That’s 120 Hz. I expected it to be better. But overall, it’s an amazing TV. It’s barely noticeable, but when you really do pay attention, you could kind of see it.

The color and particularly the definition in the black or shadow areas is much better than my old model. The system was simple to setup and is easy to navigate. I had no issues downloading the apps I use and easy to log into each one.

Also, prefer tv that allows last input used when turning on. Important for some seniors. We’ve had Samsung for several years and been satisfied till now, that’s reason for this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apps set up thru the t.v. are constantly needing to be reset. Passwords lost and need to be re-entered. Screen saver has now begun to pixel crazy, empty black areas within the saver. Never had these problems with my other Samsung.

It's clear and makes you feel like you're actually in whatever you are watching. And let's talk about the sound. The sound quality is great and crisp. You also have various choices to choose from to make the sound more dynamic. Finally, I love the fact that I can have all of my streaming networks in one place and I can cast to the tv without having a Google Chromecast connected.

Couldn't ask for a more bright and clear television, terrific contrast in colors, how well the uniformity is with other products.

My kids and I, especially my autistic son, love it. It’s very kid-friendly, and the picture quality and colors are incredible. I love all the features, especially Art Mode. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called in January for help setting up my older Samsung speaker bar (had optical connection. ) They tried several things. Nothing was working. I was told 6 months ago that someone was going to call me. No call. I also don't like the remote. I watch antenna channels and can't seem to figure out how to use it. There's no buttons on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear, bright, and flawless. Audio is crisp and easily understood. The user interface is horrible! It's counter-intuitive, far too complicated, and opaque. Compared to previous interfaces, it's a total failure. It seems like someone at Samsung told the programmers to make the device as hard to use as possible, and they exceeded their assignment. For example, on previous models the Home screen featured a horizontal row of icons representing all channels, apps, and functions. The new one shows a horizontal list of streaming channels at the bottom under three buttons labeled "For You," "Live", and "Apps." So YouTube is right there, but Tubi, Peacock, and Sling are on another page. This is just another example of how often designers confuse overly complicated with easy to use and enjoyable.

I’ve owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I’ve had. The ability to transform every TV into a work of art is fantastic. The responsiveness has been excellent. And the upscaling has been terrific with older content.
