We were pleased with the quality of our prior TV, so it was easy to choose another Samsung as the replacement. The TV is easy to use, easily connected to our cable box and works perfectly. The picture is great quality, clear, with great color balance. The sound quality is good.

We really like the 50" size. It's great to watch Netflix movies. Our Internet takes a while to load the menus, but we live in a rural area.

I bought an Asurian Warranty, but because the TV is still under manufacturers warranty they couldn’t help. I called SAMSUNG and was told just to turn the TV on and off again.

I still do not understand the navigation, what the two left and center buttons do, how to hold a picture, and what Samsung Plus. Remember you have people living alone over 70 that do not have a 3 year old to help. Additional understandable info in big enough print would help.
