The colors pop and the quality is amazing. The only issue i had with this TV was the speakers blew out within 6 months of use. They aren't that loud so the volume was close to max all the time. Easy fix is getting any sound bar to your liking. Overall give this product an 8/10.

Why do you make it so difficult to load apps? Why do I have to Google how to do it and Samsung doesn't have a booklet explaining the most important thing? I've had 2 computer techs who couldn't get the app loaded. Today I finally had time to play with the TV and got it loaded! Yay me!!

The difference between and new samsung, and the old brand we owned, is unparalleled. The clarity and visual affects of this model is ridiculous. Plus, not to mention that, paired with an 85 inch screen. It makes family movie night. It seemed like at night at the drive-in movie theater. When my three year old daughter watches cartoons in the morning, the characters are basically the same size as she is!! I can go on and on about this TV. First of all, I love that the picture quality is absolutely the best, colors are incredibly vibrant and almost true to life. I am loving its Vision AI feature because its surprisingly smart, it actually auto-adjusts the settings based on what’s on screen and even learns my preferences. Which is super convenient ! I also really like how smooth the interface is. it’s quick & easy to navigate between apps that my family uses most of the time like Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu, and everything loads fast without lagging.

The old TV was a plasma and was still working fine but heated up our den. With summer coming we could not suffer through the heat again. The great technology makes the picture seem 3-D in some scenes. Very realistic like you are in the scene with the actors.
