I've had one issue in all of my years, after setting up my TV and downloading all of my apps, it had a glitch and I had to reset to factory. It wouldn't connect or turn on any app. After I reset it, it works great! Other then that, I love all of my TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally decided to upgrade to a SmartTV, sure wish I was as smart as the TV as I am technology challanged. Set up was fairly easy. Not sure if the TV is now registered. While the TV was registering, somethingbpopped up that covered the resitration number, then the registration disappeared. I quickly got used to the larger size, my old TV was only 26 inches. Got help from my neighbor's son to explain how to adjust the volume and change channels. It's been nice until I lost electricity and the "guide" no longer lists the name of shows. And I don't have my local channel 8. Will have to call the Geek Squad to help find channel 8 and figure out how to list names of shows. Sure wish the instructions were printed larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like viewing local (ant.) programs and this unit works well. Shows and videos I stream also are of high resolution and audio. The selection of apps/etc. is way short of desirable. Most I have no interest in, others cost. If I want a video, I'll buy a disc. A problem also exists with the menu selection on ant. I will try to select a program that is well under way and the unit wants to setup a time to tell me the program is starting (when it already has). The remote will often skip channels or apps when I've pressed the control only once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to show how vibrant and wonderful my Q LED 4K is, unfortunately I'm having issues with my phone camera, but believe me that I could take the best pictures and it would not compare to the crisp clean colors, sounds and many different options included, it's to me a full and enjoyable package, I'm a long time customer of Samsung and I will continue to be one and advise those who come to my home to purchase Samsung product especially TV's Viewing, Movies, Sports, Live Broadcasts, Concerts, even when I allow my Grandchildren to play video games, for me it's almost better than being there, I'm in the comfort of my home with friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my TV for gaming both the nintendo switch and sports. Games don't skip and I don't miss a step in sports. The sound quality is awesome also. Remote is also very easy to use. Bluetooth and mirror connection with my Samsung phone is on point. TV always asks if I want to connect and I usually do so it nakes it that much easier and I don't have to go looking for it. The screen is so huge.

They are terrific products and I have absolutely nothing I can say negatively about them. The only issue is have ran into is that my new TV is tripping my brand new breaker in my basement. My electrician was over and looked over everything and said some newer TV's just do that. Put it on its own breaker and everything is perfect.

I paid it with my Samsung phone and love to use the Dex feature to view my phone on the TV to due my workout or my morning yoga. I like simple and this TV has definitely made my life easier. It'll even let you know when the washer and dryer is done. Very beneficial when you can't here it from your laundry room.

I am also not extremely happy with the tiny device to turn it on and change the channels I admit I am older, and computer illiterate,but Not everyone who buys your tv's are. I do not know how to download or upload!
