When I took this new one out of the box and saw the remote I remembered why we didn't like the Samsung. Wish I would have realized that in the story I would have purchased another brand.

The only issue i had with this TV was the speakers blew out within 6 months of use. They aren't that loud so the volume was close to max all the time. Easy fix is getting any sound bar to your liking. Overall give this product an 8/10.

Auto Volume mode which is described to help with this problem is NOT available with external sound bars or speakers. We even purchased a new Samsung sound bar package and that was no help. Dave your money…… purchase another brand!

And other than loosing the remote every 5 minutes (it's so small), haven't really had any negatives that come to mind, now that I'm thinking about it.. it's been great. I haven't even fully used every feature. I've connected 2 different pc's. A laptop, a DVD player all worked fine. I've used a few apps, YouTube, Amazon prime etc. Works fine.. in all reality, tv has been perfect come to think of it... I suppose I only really notice problems, and there hasn't been any.. now, I've got my complaints w the company over other devices and whatnot. Buy that's not for here. I have several samsung devices. I used to like to connect em seamlessly. But don't really need that function anymore. Only thing I haven't tried w this tv is connecting any sort of storage device like a hard drive or usb stick.. but sure it would work fine. I've watched nfl over the air w antenna. And compared to my previous un55ks8500 curved tv, night and day difference all around. Brighter, more contrast, no noticeable motion blur. And it uses less than half the power to run. It..

But after I got it all set up and programmed my streaming stuff into it, I was pleasantly surprised by the picture! I know Samsung screens are the best around and this one is no different! I absolutely love this television! I even started watching TV in the bedroom (which is where this one ended up) because it has a better picture than my huge living room TV, a curved screen Samsung from many years ago, which is still amazing but not 4K to the degree of the new one! The images are crisp and perfect. You can see every movement on the screen just like it is in real life as well. There is no blurring or anything even when the movement is very quick or intense. It is basically everything I wanted and, in addition, had a much more impressive display than I was expecting to get! So run out and check for yourself! This one is a keeper!

After making the purchase and setting it all up I felt like I should have done it sooner. This TV has made enjoying context and shows way easier than before by allowing me to control everything right from my phone. Not to mention how seamless and easy it all was and how incredible the TV looks.

I also like how it pairs smoothly with my Samsung soundbar through Q-Symphony, giving me a more immersive sound experience. Later it will have the DVD and VHS player connected to it to enjoy older moves that have been saved. The owner is wheelchair bound and goes to bed early so this is his main source of entertainment.
