[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this put up in our backyard and love it, very sturdy and has great features like the black powder coating on all the metal on cider wood. This looks great and we get compliments all the time.

The gazebo turned out pretty good. Not to bad to build. My only complaint would be the wood. I thought I was getting cedar. Turns out it is Chinese cedar. It's not really cedar, but part of the cypress family. It has the same general qualities of cedar, rot resistance, keeps insects away. The wood on my gazebo is stained from the factory. The wood splits really easy and exposes the white wood underneath. Some of the bolts and fasteners broke or stripped pretty easy, but they do have a few extras in the bags. Overall it's solid and will keep the rain and sun off of us when needed.

After purchasing and losing many pop up gazebos to the wind, we finally took the leap and bought this heavy duty wood gazebo. We couldn't be happier!! The icing on the cake is having the charging station. We hung Edison lights and it looks so pretty at night! Would definitely recommend.

Just completed my Norwood 12x10 Gazebo. I was very impressed with the engineering. Took some time but went together nicely. Not one missing item. The notching, drilling and cuts are super accurate. The instruction manual is nicely drawn and very detailed. It was a fun project and looks great!

I’ll keep it simple: after buying and returning a cheaper product from a local big box store, the quality surprised me. Excellent! There was one miscut piece in the boxes and it was Fedexed to me the same day I called. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of the final product. We love the new area and feeling it created in our yard. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to understand manual instructions along with the app. I suggest you use them both together. We were able to build this with myself and my husband but strongly suggest others to assist when operating the post. Didn't realize in order to be under warranty you have to stain or seal the wood every year for 5 years. We have received many compliments about the beauty of the pavilion. Overall we are very pleased with how it turned out.

I have zero complaints, love the final product. No missing pieces, and instructions were easy to follow. You do have to be somewhat handy to put it all together, and if you dont square it up the roof panels will not go on right. That was the only thing with the set up i would warn people about. And it 100% is not a one person job.

Had help standing up frame and lifting roof panels. I assembled it all myself. Follow directions,anyone could build it. i'm 70 years old and need a hip replacement. Very nice Gazebo.

I bought it about a year ago, so I was just decorating. I love being able to sit outside at all times of the year and enjoy my pergola. The team was professional and efficient putting it together. Really like that it’s covered and has the outlet for us to plug in! Love it!

We love our 10X10 Norwood Gazebo. All of the pieces were packaged well to prevent shipping damage, and the steel roof panels were even in a protective wooden box. The five shipping boxes were clearly labeled on the outsides and the packing slips in each box showed which pieces were in the box, making it easy to find the needed pieces during assembly. All of the hardware (including extras) was packaged in clearly marked bags, and each wooden piece was clearly marked on the ends. (I suggest laying out the hardware packages on a table - out of the wind - in numerical order. And if you can't find a certain bag, look again because it's there somewhere.) Assembly instructions were excellent, and there is also a helpful animated video to help understand the assembly. Assembly takes some time because of the number of bolts and screws, but that attests to the quality and strength of the gazebo. I was able to assemble the gazebo myself except for assembling the two end pieces together (three of us, twenty minutes) and sliding the roof pieces up on top (two of us, ten minutes). The finished gazebo is very attractive, high quality, and strong. I would definitely recommend this gazebo.
