The product seems to be fine. My issue is with the assembly company - GOCONFIGURE. I am having a horrible time getting it assembled. It is partially finish- after almost 2 weeks of waiting on a 2nd appt after their 1st tech did not show up. Now I am waiting on another time for them to come back and finish. Has anyone else had an issue with this company?

Thanks this is very well done helps to not miss any steps

Instructions were spot on. Be sure to read carefully and multiple times before install.

this is amazing thank you for puttinf this together.

Sería bueno también que el video sea en Español

First build on this model, was a nice thing to work on.

fraction of inch details, need closer in view to see precisely what that dimension is referring to.

blue film is a pain to remove!!! assembly instructions are sometimes vague.

Alot of bent wood, roof slats bowed. Cracks in the post. Dome damage in the boxes.

Better graphics would push this over the top!
