Fragile

I've owned 3 of these and had to return them. After the last one I gave up. One came with a broken piece. On another one the starter clutch disengaged after a few months. I guess I was just unlucky but can't recommend this to friends.

This generator does a great job! It easily handles all my power needs. It is super quiet and starts easily. Also, customer service for this company is outstanding! Not to mention it has a 3 year warranty too!
