The WaterWall seemed like a good idea to get all four corners of the bottom of the dishwasher. This part of my dishwasher fails continuously, however. The dishwasher also seems to have no idea that this is failing resulting in having to run the load again after fixing the problem. I was going this for a year or so where it would fail about every couple weeks, but now it won’t move at all on the track. Very disappointed that my two year old dishwasher is basically useless. Will see what servicing costs. Also disappointed that the paint inside the handle portion of the dishwasher chips incredibly easy and they don’t offer any touch-up paint. Looks cheap, performs cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not our first Samsung Dishwasher and probably not our last, we recently moved to our new home and we wanted to match the appliances with white glass and they all look great. The delivery was fast and we knew when it was going to be done, once installed we got the instructions and there is a good video from Samsung besides the other pictures that show how to stack the dishwasher, so it makes it easy for us to load it in different ways. First, there are different ways to setup the dishwasher yet it is user friendly because with AI it determines everything so there is no guessing on what to setup the washer to. Once the dishwasher is running it is quiet and smooth. The controls are easy to use, the LED control panel is easy to navigate and for additional notifications it can be connected to the Samsung App and since I already have the fridge on it, it was easy to add the dish washer and learn as well as control it from there. The dishes come out clean each time, and they do not need to be pre washed and the dishes come out dry at the end of the wash. The one thing that we really like is how the door opens at the end so it gets ventilation right away, this way we do not have to turn it on while we are at home. We will come back again due to Samsung’s made well, reliable dish washer, it is easy to use and maintain.

I remembered that we used to open our old dishwasher when it was done (just after the cycle ended) to help dry things off but this does it automatically! It’s super quiet, my wife keeps having to check if it’s on or not. IT washes and dried all our dishes (storm wash is a great feature) and the third rack, it took a bit to get used to since its not the same way ours used to work, has become a go-to for cups

I recently upgraded my 2020 Samsung dishwasher to the new DW90F89T0U12AA in White Glass, mainly because I wanted to switch to a white finish to match my kitchen. My old dishwasher worked well overall, but every now and then I’d get an error about water being stuck, which meant waiting for it to evaporate before running it again. Other than that, it never really gave me any trouble. The delivery for this new dishwasher was quick, and the installation team was friendly and professional. The only hiccup was that the third rack was damaged during shipping, so I had to contact Samsung support for a replacement part. Fortunately, their support team handled it pretty smoothly. Now that I’ve been using this new dishwasher for a while, I can really tell the difference. It’s noticeably quieter than my previous model. At 38dBA, I can actually run it overnight and nobody in the house even notices. The Whisper Quiet operation keeps my kitchen peaceful, even when the dishwasher’s running full blast. I’m also impressed with the new AI features. The dishwasher automatically senses how dirty the dishes are and adjusts the cycle, which I’ve noticed has helped save energy and water. The Smart Dry and Auto Release feature work really well too. The dishes come out dry, and the door pops open just enough at the end of the cycle to help with airflow. Drying is definitely faster than my old machine. One of my favorite updates is the new interior light. It sounds like a small thing, but it’s super handy when loading or unloading dishes at night. I guess lights inside appliances are becoming the norm, but it really does make a difference. As for the design, the White Glass finish looks fantastic. It’s modern, sleek, and adds a bit of elegance to my kitchen compared to standard stainless steel. The 3rd Rack Washing System is also a game-changer. It optimizes the space really well, so I can fit more utensils and smaller items without crowding the main racks. Overall, I’m really happy with this upgrade. Samsung continues to impress me with thoughtful features and a stylish design. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA! It not only looks amazing in our kitchen, it works great too! The front is in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel, and it has a sleek, handle-less design. The auto open door was a little tricky to learn how to use at first, but I've figured it out with a little practice! Also, at 38 dBA this dishwasher is super quiet! So far I've only used the AI wash cycles and have been very impressed! The 3rd rack (very top one) has a small area for utensils, along with an area for cups and glasses. This area for utensils is pretty small. We use a lot of silverware at my house, so this little area fills up pretty quickly. I end up having to put the rest of the dirty silverware down below in the Cutlery Basket. This is not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I prefer having ALL my silverware in one place. The cup washing area is great! Having this designated spot for cups and glasses saves me so much room in the middle rack to put other things. The bottom rack holds all our plates and big bowls - couldn't be more pleased! Before I turn the dishwasher on, I have to select SMART DRY and the LOW, HIGH, or MAX setting. I prefer the HIGH setting. At the end of the cycle, the auto release feature causes the door to pop open to continue the drying process. It sings a little song when it's done - we hear it throughout the house! It's a very pleasant little tune! This dishwasher connects with my SmartThings App on my phone. It's so nice to be able to monitor the cycle and see the status of the wash, such as how much longer it has until it finishes. My biggest complaint is the cord. The cord connects to the dishwasher in the FRONT left corner. From there, it runs around to the back of the dishwasher, where it then gets plugged into an outlet. (for reference, all of our other dishwasher cords have been located in the BACK.) This creates a problem because the cord is too short - by the time it runs around to where it needs to go, it's TOO SHORT to reach the outlet. We are having to pay an electrician to come out and move our outlet to remedy this situation. I am not happy about that. Aside from the small utensil holder on the top rack, and the short cord, we are very pleased with this dishwasher. It does a fabulous job washing and drying our dishes, and is a HUGE improvement from our old one!

It works very well and is easy to use. We did a test on it and put in an unrinsed cereal bowl that my son had left in his room for over a day and it cleaned it perfectly! I love that the top rack has space for glasses and it sprays directly into each glass. The dryer is great as well and does not leave any water spots. The design had a lot of thought put into it to truly maximize the space and amount that it could hold. I never imagined a dishwasher could be so different, but this one truly changes the dish washing experience. It also syncs up with our Samsung refrigerator and smart things app. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

I’ve been fine just to soak and wash my dishes on my own. In just a week this dishwasher has changed my opinion and freed up some of my time. This is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever heard in my life, I had to keep double checking to make sure that it was working and running. The inside options are amazing and it has a third rack. There is loads of space, so bulky items are more than welcome to fit! The dishes are extremely clean and the shine is amazing after only one complete cycle! The dishes are also dried perfectly and no water spots!! I’ve actually never experienced a dishwasher clean so efficiently and that’s what I’ve always been afraid of. I am so super impressed with this dishwasher. I am singing its praises.. If you are in the market for a dishwasher, this is the perfect one from how pretty it is to how quiet it is to how effectively it cleans dishes! This is the perfect dish dishwashing machine.

It looks very sleek, both inside and out, and is very simple to use. The hidden controls are very nice and easy to toggle between different modes. I love how the dishes are actually clean and dry when the cycle is done, it saves so much time and effort from what I’m used to. Also, this dishwasher is extremely quiet, you won’t even know it’s running. I’m very impressed with this dishwasher and would certainly recommend it!

The 3rd washing rack has been a game changer for keepings cups fully clean on the inside. The AI wash system enhances this by learning about my washing habits. The StormWash dual wash arms and rotating spray jet ensure every dish gets a through cleaning and rinse. Then the Smart Dry moves warm around around to finish the process and the door automatically releases letting fresh air circulate through the machine. It does a great job with glass dishes and doesn't damage my pots and pans. The drying function works really well I can take my dishes from the dishwasher back to my cabinets. I chose the stainless steel design to match my kitchen aesthetic and this is easy to clean and resists fingerprints and stains really well. The 3rd rack is great for my travel mug lids and larger utensils. This dishwasher is almost whisper quiet and is built with quality.
