When it’s running you really can’t hear it running unless you are right next to it. I also really like that it’s finger print resistant as I have a toddler running around touching everything. Lastly it’s so nice that it auto opens to help dry the dishes. This dishwasher has really made washing dishes easier and quieter than ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew a dishwasher could be so amazingly quiet? With noise levels as low as 38 dBA, this dishwasher runs almost silently. My old dishwasher was from 2014 so it was time for an upgrade. I am so happy that I did the upgrade because WOW it was needed, especially for this model. It's StormWash technology cleans so well that you do not need to prewash. The 3rd rack washing system was a nice touch for cleaning cooking utensils. I love that it has Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs up to my SmartThings app along with my other Samsung appliances, as well as Alexa. Never had an interior and exterior light on a dishwasher before. The light on the outside lets me know that it is currently in use (since I cannot hear it when it is running). The interior light is well needed especially when I don't want to turn on the kitchen light to see to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The utensil basket has so much room I can't believe how much I can fit in it. My favorite of all has to be the Smart Dry with Auto Release Door. It automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle - improving drying performance and preventing moisture build up. Plus it talks at the beginning and plays music at the end of the cycles.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! I’ve been using my new Samsung three rack dishwasher and it’s been acing every load! From total silence while it’s working, to choices of cycles that fit your needs. Third rack has proven to be a very useful spare rack. Looks great in the kitchen

Even the greasy pans come out clean without scrubbing. The 3rd rack is a game-changer for utensils and smaller items frees up a lot of space below. It’s super quiet. I can watch TV in the next room and forget it’s even running. SmartThings app is a cool bonus. I didn’t think I’d use it, but it’s handy to check status or get alerts.I’m honestly impressed. It works better than expected, uses less water and energy, and takes no effort to use. If you’re on the fence go for it.

From the deep slare black color, to the lighted interior, Samsung has done it again. The recessed handle is very comfortable, and the control panel is smooth and placed in such a way that there are no accidental touches. The third rack is something that just works! My long handled utensils fit perfectly on the top rack, and we're cleaned easily, without being close to the water jets. It's the first time ever that I didn't have to rinse or re-wash them. The cleaning power is unmatched. And with this dishwasher, silence is golden. Yes-the dishwasher is so quiet, that I can't tell it's even running! I had to bend down and put my ear near it to confirm it was running. This is such a beautiful and efficient addition to my kitchen. It fit easily in the designated space and learning the controls was very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung rarely misses for me and I'm pleased to report another winner! First of all, when they advertise whisper quiet, they aren't kidding. The only thing you hear are the gentle beeps when you're starting the dishwasher and the notification when it ends. Some of the best features I have found are the three racks (with the middle rack being adjustable, so you can move it up or down), the wire racks being adjustable; they can be pulled up or down to make space for larger items, and the pop open feature to continue drying your dishes is genius! My previous dishwasher, the dishes were SOAKING, now they are dry and barely need a dishtowel, if at all! A feature I won't be using, but appreciate is the fact there is a sanitizing setting! What a great feature for any new parent that has to go through tons of bottles each day! Also, if you appreciate some extra tech with your appliances, Samsung offers it with their SmartThings App, which makes it so you can connect to the washer to change settings as well as start and stop loads, and receive notifications.

After a few months of use, here are my thoughts. This is hands down the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Glass front makes cleaning a breeze, unit looks fantastic. Inside, the 3rd rack is actually useful for oversized serving spoons and knives. Wash options galore, sparkling clean load, 100% dry, no water stains anywhere. Had no idea a dishwasher could be this quiet let alone this good. Connected to the app no problem. My go to setting is Normal - SmartDry Low. If you’re looking for the best dishwasher, after all my research and use, this is the one.

The 3rd rack washing system gives me a great place drinkware and cleans the insides really well. The SmartDry with AutoRelease makes sure everything is dry by morning so all items can be put away. I don't have to pre-rinse any dishes since the AI wash system ensures all stubborn food and dirt is cleaned off. The Stormwash+ also does an incredible job cleaning all sides of every item I put in. I really like how quiet the washer is since its close to our living room - never disturbs my family.

I think my favorite feature is the top rack - In my experience things on the top rack have to go in clean to come out clean. However, with this dishwasher having an extra spray arm on the top AND having specialty jets for glasses - It does a perfect job every time. A good top rack provides an incredible amount of space - I am running the dishwasher less frequently than my last one. As a Smartthings user for a long time, it is also great that this integrates into my smart home - including alerting me to when the dishwasher is done.
