[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with our new dishwasher. First of all, it looks nice and it's really quiet, which we think it's great. The reason I would say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still am not 100% sure how to properly load it, since the manual that comes with it doesn't give any tips on how to load it for the best use. I still haven't tried all it's modes yet (because it has lots, which is a good thing!). We feel overall besides washing everything well, it also seems to fit more things than our older dishwasher. The main cycle we have been using is the AI one, which takes 2 hours to complete and once it's done, things are always clean, dry and not super hot to use immediately. Overall I have no complaints and believe if if came with more practical manual explaining how to make the best use it has the potential to be considered a 5 star dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a wonderful experience with the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher—the look and feel of a very high-end unit. I have been using it 3-4 times a week, getting used to using three-layered trays. Each of them can be adjusted depending on the shape of the dishes or size. At first, it was a little strange and cumbersome, but now it is the best try system. The gentle touch opens the door, and it can be set to open the door once the washing cycle is complete. Many options are available using the screen or by voice command. I have been using the AI wash all the time, each cycle gives clean dishes, and I barely hear its operational sound. Being connected to the device means you will have access to the latest software (firmware). Recent updates provide the operation by phone. So far, it has been a good decision to have the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher; from the design (zen, minimalist) to its actual use, all aspects are focused on creating a user-friendly experience. This is more than a dishwasher, but an artwork in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our house, we had a very basic and very loud dishwasher. It had basically no options and the cleaning power was pretty bad, we mostly handwashed dishes. I heard nothing but good things about Samsung dishwashers so I was excited to give this one a shot. After the delivery guys installed it, we powered it on and it instantly wanted to connect through the Smart Things app! Once I allowed it, I literally didn't have to do anything else, Smart Things had connected it to the Wi-Fi and started an update. This is truly one of the best parts of having the Smart Things app. Once it was time to start a wash cycle, I was met with a plethora of options for cycle types. I went with the AI Wash cycle and let it go. This thing is so quiet I didn't realize it was running, I actually panicked a little at first. When the cycle was done, I was met with DRY and sparkling clean dishes. I used a basic detergent as i don't use the pods and was still met with amazing results. After using the dishwasher many times by this point, the only problem I have had so far is that when I opened the dishwasher mid-cycle, it would not restart and I basically just had to turn it off and then on again. This hasn't happened since. There was a software update since then, so I'm not sure if the problem was addressed or if it was just a one time fluke. Also, when we got the dishwasher delivered, it was a little banged up at the bottom. Not a big deal as it is purely aesthetic, but worth mentioning. Overall, I am completely blown away by this dishwasher. It's impressive how clean my dishes can get, with little to no pre-washing, from a machine that is so quiet you can barely tell it's running! I am beyond amazed and completely happy with this dishwasher!

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. Last but not least I love the look, it's very sleek and modern, I got the white and love the color .

I’ve been using my new Samsung three rack dishwasher and it’s been acing every load! From total silence while it’s working, to choices of cycles that fit your needs. Third rack has proven to be a very useful spare rack. Looks great in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew a dishwasher could be so amazingly quiet? With noise levels as low as 38 dBA, this dishwasher runs almost silently. My old dishwasher was from 2014 so it was time for an upgrade. I am so happy that I did the upgrade because WOW it was needed, especially for this model. It's StormWash technology cleans so well that you do not need to prewash. The 3rd rack washing system was a nice touch for cleaning cooking utensils. I love that it has Wi-Fi connectivity and syncs up to my SmartThings app along with my other Samsung appliances, as well as Alexa. Never had an interior and exterior light on a dishwasher before. The light on the outside lets me know that it is currently in use (since I cannot hear it when it is running). The interior light is well needed especially when I don't want to turn on the kitchen light to see to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The utensil basket has so much room I can't believe how much I can fit in it. My favorite of all has to be the Smart Dry with Auto Release Door. It automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle - improving drying performance and preventing moisture build up. Plus it talks at the beginning and plays music at the end of the cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this dishwasher. The cycles are extremely quiet, aside from the drain through the sink. I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

Over time, food stayed on the dishes after they’d ran through the wash cycle, the door handle had to be replaced twice, and near the end I wasn’t able to select the wash components because they automatically stayed on! The new Samsung dishwasher is quite the upgrade from my old dishwasher! Three racks in a dishwasher? Wow! No handle to potentially break and need replaced?! Controls are in the top of the door so you don’t see them on the outside. The dishwasher connects with an app on my phone and I can control the wash cycles and see how much time remains, that is helpful. AI will detect the soil on my dishes use which cycle is best so it saves me from forgetting to change the cycle which helps with saving energy. I like the auto release dry option that opens the door when the wash is finished to help dry the dishes more efficiently. The best feature of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! The first time I ran the dishwasher, I had to keep checking it to make sure it was running because I couldn’t hear it! I was used to my last dishwasher and how loud it was. I just assumed that was normal and how all dishwashers were. This is my first Samsung dishwasher and after using it several times, I recommend this. In addition to all of the helpful features, my dishes come out clean and no spots on my glasses. The light inside the dishwasher is pretty handy, too, when I’m putting dishes in. I am really loving having a new dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher. It's sleek and white and matches my other Samsung Bespoke White appliances in my kitchen. But not only is it nice sleek and white but it leaves my dishes nice and clean. I feel like my dishes are way cleaner than in my previous unit. I also love the auto open feature so it can air out once it's done. The dishwasher does have 3 racks, which is perfect for me. I like to use the 3rd rack for smaller items such as lids from thermos, cup lids, small bowls, etc. It has like a basket for that so it won't fall down. Did I mention how quiet it is when it is running? I can barely notice it, and even though it runs quietly, it cleans very thoroughly. The smart things app is also another great feature that comes with the dishwasher. You can change the settings and set different cleaning options because there are several, and get notifications on your phone. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone and everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The experience with the Samsung Bespoke dishwasher has been great so far. I like all the wash cycles, especially the AI wash cycles. The third rack for cups and utensils is very useful. It allows for more dishes to be placed on the second row. The positioning of the panel on on the top of the door i s very helpful. In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I like that it pops open when the wash cycles is finished. i would definitely recommend it.
