[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mum of kids who always have dirty dishes, this has been such a great Device that I wonder why I didn’t get it sooner or why it wasn’t made sooner from the easy capabilities from the phone the third rack where you’re able to just put all of the utensils and the efficient cleaning that comes out of. It is chefs kiss if you’re thinking about getting it, don’t think just get it will save your life time and time again and especially with your kids. It would just be easy enough to get in and get out. They can load it and then by the time that it’s dry, they could just pull it out. The ease of use is 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Dishes come out clean and I appreciate the smart things integration. The top rack for glasses and silverware is great. I was worried that the auto open door could be a failure point, but has worked great so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is amazing. Self clean mode in AI great reminder. Ability to clean the basket unlike legacy units a plus. Efficiently runs . Ergonomics need work. The door when opening you need to.bend to put flat for bottom roll out it tends to keep hinged up on 45 degree angle. Noise is supper quiet. That talking voice needs to go it's creepy glass you can turn it off. Would be 5 stars without the door ergonomics item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever. First of all, the most important thing is that this machine cleans the dishes really well. Spotless drying of all the dishes. I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great till it broke down. Cleaned well, exceptionally quiet, but the drain pump failed after 3 months of use. Now waiting more than 2 weeks for a replacement pump, no idea when it will be in. Not impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smaller rack width (almost 1.5inch short compared to any other brand) & poor rack management makes it difficult to arrange plates, bowls & other utensils. If you lower middle rack its rotating spray blade will stuck due to dishes on bottom rack & if you raise it above you can't fit small plates as it get blocked by 3rd row. I struggle every night when placing dishes(I don't like it). I raised the complain on my 1st day of use but response was I'll have to pay restocking fee so was forced to keep it. Also it's way to loud for 1st 15-20mins & for sure its not below 42db. Over all capacity is small & can fit for smaller family (people up to 3) & if you have 4th person then it's too tight to fit utensils. After I purchased I've compared it with many other dishwasher at friends home & trust me this one is smaller in capacity due to smaller rack width (I'm not talking about exterior measurements, they are standard size). No issues in washing & drying, it does it well. Controlling thru smarthings app is great, love the features & it looks good. Will not recommend only because of poor rack management as I struggle to arrange dishes every time I use it.

Since we have gotten this Samsung, I have completely changed my dishwashing routine. I am continually amazed at how effectively this thing cleans even dried-on debris. I don't bother wiping anything before putting it in the dishwasher; if anything, it gets a quick rinse and a scrape to remove leftover food before going in the washer. With just two people in my household, we run the cycle once a day at most, and some of those dishes that get washed at the end of the day have been in there since breakfast. Pie pans that had a brown patina from frequent baking return to their chrome color after just a few trips in this thing. I won't say everything comes out clean, but it's a rare instance when a dish or a pot has to be hand washed after spending time in this thing. I went shopping just last week to replace a dishwasher in a rental that my son owns and was struck by the difference between this Samsung and the models I was looking at. All metal tub and door sheathing is totally worth it. And the versatility of the three drawers lets you really load a lot of dishes in ways that ensures they will come out clean. And the noise level is so low, you can barely detect that it is running until it discharges the dirty water down the drain. I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances, and I have had no problems with any of them. I got hooked on the SmartThings app that connects them all, and it has been very useful in reminding me when to perform preventive maintenance to keep everything humming along.

It is super quiet, cleans really well, and the dry cycle works great with the auto-open door feature. I researched a lot of dishwashers before choosing this one, and feel like we really made a good choice.

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to be taken out. Im sure there may be a way to puzzle piece 10 1/2 inch plates and still use the 3rd rack, but hopefully you don't have kids that just shove stuff in the dishwasher. . Also, the silverware holder has only these tiny slots in the lid that no utensil of mine fits unless its a slim steak knife. It's quiet but definitely not whisper quiet, and there are only a few cyles that I can say are truly at 38db, as I measured it. Overall, my excitement was crushed when I finally went to use it.

Purchased the White Glass Bespoke 38db dishwasher and it has leaked ever since we got it. Samsung's third party repair vendor (this is in Florida) cannot seem to fix it. And, when you call them, it takes forever for them to come out to do the service repair. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Go ahead and get the Bosche. I wish I had.
