This is the worst purchase I have done. Unit is 8 months old and already going in my third service call foe the same issue related to balancing. Parts were replaced but issue reoccurring. I do not recommend this machine!

Being elderly, we moved our laundry from the basement to the ground floor. This set is wonderful. Handy, compact, quiet and serves our purpose exactly. Choosing this set was a great decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the LG Washtower for about 3 weeks and I am continually pleasantly surprised with the size of the drums and how clean it gets my clothes.

Shopped for the best quality and price… and found it ! This LG tower fits our needs perfectly. One piece stacked tower solved space issue and is much more efficient and convenient. She loves that she controls most features with her phone.

I was genuinely excited to finally get my new WashTower, but this entire experience with LG has been incredibly disappointing. They confirmed delivery for December 4, 2025 between 12:30pm and 4:30pm, so I went ahead and booked my condo’s elevators and rearranged my entire day around this appointment. Then… nothing. No updates, no courtesy call—nothing until 4:00pm, when LG finally reached out to say they were running late and asked if they could deliver later. Since that was outside my reserved elevator time, I had to scramble to check with my condo management. They promised to call me back, but they never did. By 5:00pm, I was the one calling them, still hoping the delivery might happen. Instead, I was told—very casually—that they wouldn’t be able to deliver at all. After all the preparation, the time off work, and the inconvenience, I was offered with no reasonable solution. To make things worse, the next available delivery date they offered wasn’t even the next day—it was Saturday. What’s most upsetting is that even after all this, they still couldn’t guarantee that the product would arrive within their delivery window next time. I can’t keep putting huge chunks of my time on hold for a delivery that might not even happen. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly really disheartening. I expected better from LG.
