[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old washer and dryer that was not efficient by any means. This new LG washer and dryer combo is so quiet and quick. Leaves my clothes smelling fresh and soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. Its more compact yet large capacity and perfect for my condo. Its easy to use with really great features. Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG has made my washing and drying clothes much easier. I used to stress on wash days but the ThinQ is a great addition to my household ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the washtower enhanced my laundry room 2 people can fit and more storage space it’s like I added a pantry to my kitchen now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when we moved into our new home and I love it. However, I do wish that the doors were able to be moved to the other side. I love how the buttons are flat and how it looks super sleek

A couple of months after warranty was up the gasket in the washing machine failed and I had to be replaced at my expense. I am very unhappy about paying for new gasket replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Plenty of features and does the job (washes and dries). Haven't explored all the new features yet though.

The wash/dry tower definitely saves space and is quiet, however, I wish it had the ability to save more than one "downloadable" wash settings that I could assign either a number or short tag name. After a few weeks of use, it is performing well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit cleans as well as a side by side system and takes half the room. Was easy to install, pair with my phone, and performs very well. A bit noisy.

I dont know the rating yet. We have owned it for ~3 weeks, it leaked. Repair Techs have been out twice. It still leaks. It is being replaced. Apart from the leaks, it works for washing and drying. But not leaking is fundamental for an appliance.
