[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in April of 2021 and it hasn’t missed a beat with our family of 9. It never shuts off and works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since buying the WashTower it is easy to use once you study the guide. It washes with minimal water. The dryer uses the same setting as you used to wash your clothes. Very neat idea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy a stacking W/D before because the dryer controls were too high. I love that with this machine the controls are in the middle which makes them easy to see and use!

I have had this for 3 weeks now. I actually look forward to doing laundry. I live in a small condo and this for great I to my laundry closet. Very pretty to look at and simple to use. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love how the dryer knows what setting to be on after running a wash load. The dryer does require some extra attention on some of our loads but so did most every other dryer we have had.

Bought this unit 6 months ago and it has been great until my wife washed a blanket, too heavy I guess and it shut the washer down. Will not restart. It is going to be at least a month from breakdown.

A couple of months after warranty was up the gasket in the washing machine failed and I had to be replaced at my expense. I am very unhappy about paying for new gasket replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer/dryer a month ago and I'm glad I did . It has many different cleaning and drying options. Very quiet when running and my clothes come out like new
