[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot believe I am writing a review about a washer/dryer…but this thing is killer. We had our old stuff for the last 10 years and it was great. So we thought until we bought this LG unit! I haven’t done a scientific experiment to deduce this claim but here goes…Our laundry is cleaner, smells, better, less wrinkles, and more sanitary! I agree, it makes no sense why this is but it is! We use the same water, the same detergent and softener everything is the same except for the machine! It has to be that our old machine was just tired and I guess, smelly! Kind of like us when we age? Haha! So, do yourself and your laundry a favor and get this machine…it is wonderful!

Love the sleek design, and can definitely see the difference in how clean the clothes come out. The dryer is very efficient and doesn’t require extra runs to completely dry the laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this because it's an LG. I never wanted to own a front load, I loved my top load with no agitator, but moved to a smaller place. This unit fit perfectly and wasn't the old time set up you see at grandmas. It's quiet and so far, easy to keep clean. It's super heavy though, you have to remember that you have 2 units set on each other, so don't try and move it yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you can use your cell phone to control the washer, you have. Any great features that are not accessible on the washer itself. I have Wi-Fi but I have been unable to access the extra features and have to use the controls on the washer itself. They are still good but not as many options. The dryer won’t finish drying our bathing suits even when the dryer is set to the longest drying length. If the dryer finishes it’s cycle leaving clothes damp, you can’t go back and make the dryer work long enough to really dry the clothes.

This is the most incredible laundry system in the world. I needed to replace my full sized front loading washer and decided to chuck the dryer too to get this "smart" wall unit. I live in a condo so laundry room and general storage space is at a premium. This fit my space and freed up a huge amount of space that I could add shelving to. The BEST thing is how well it washes and drys. It's easy to load/unload, runs quiet, the control settings are at just the right level for an easy read and reach. The fact that the units 'talk' to each other takes the guess work out of dryer settings. The wash itself is excellent (no detergent residue after the rinse) and detergent, bleach, softener loading easy and in the right spot for measuring. The steam freshness setting is a great feature that I never thought I'use. Overall it is a time saver too! I look actually forward to doing my laundry. I'm a senior (70's) widower so these things really mean a lot.

Since I bought this equipment I feel Soooo happy when doing laundry. I live in a townhome the washer machine is conveniently located upstairs. I love the fact that the machine works smooth and makes a low sound. I love the touch screen and the music when the cycle ends. It’s energy saving and I have amazing results!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had my wash tower installed and it's super! The turbo wash and steam have really helped with my laundry. Controls are great, drying is fast, and size was perfect for a space that requires a stacked combination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and installed it, however the unit came to me with faulty heating elements and components and had constantly been giving be me overheating codes. LG has had great customer service and a tech has ordered new parts to fix it but I didn’t expect to purchase a brand new washer/dryer combo and the brand new dryer not work at all.

This Washtower washing is very faster than our old one and it's quieter. We like that ring tone every time. Washing patterns and control is very easy. The Speed wash is super good. Also dryer is great too. It's drying our clothes faster and quieter. We also like design and we can save our laundry room space. I didn't like washing&drying before it was take long time but now I like very much. We have one thing bad point, this Washtower depth is 31 inches but water hoses and dryer air duct take 5 more inches depth. This is not our expected thing but overall we satisfied.
