[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace a 16 year old stack washer/dryer set. I didn't rush into this purchase. I shopped at nearly every appliance outlet in my city and tried to be diligent about comparing features and prices. My main constraint was space. My laundry room is actually a closet so space is tight. Once I had all of my facts and figures I spoke with a friend who does appliance repair. He's a big fan of LG so that sealed the deal for me. This unit is so far above what I was using before that I hardly know where to begin. The control panel is super easy to use, even for someone like me who is mildly technology challenged. I love that it is energy efficient. It runs quietly which is a plus since I had to remove the bi-fold door on my laundry closet in order to get it to fit. I thought that would bother me but it's so sleek and pretty that having it visible is not an issue. A small load of laundry can be done in about 30 minutes. The tubs are big enough to do blankets and quilts. There are a few features that I have not tried yet like the steam refresh option. So far I am really happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of happily doing laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG washtower. It saves us so much room in the garage where the washer/dryer hookups are located. I am still learning how to use the app with it, but it's cool. It does a great job on cleaning our laundry. The only downfall I can see is there is a design flaw around the dryer door and you do have to clean the lint off around the edges of the door after every load. Other than that, so far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the tower about 4 month ago. It has opened up additional space in our laundry room, I am so happy. The Tower washes and dries ok. The options can be a bit difficult to find/use. One should be aware that if either washer or drier fails at sometime that one cannot be repaired the whole unit will need to be replaced. On the other hand, we have purchased many LG products and have been very satisfied with them.

I just got this new wash tower and I couldn’t be happier. I love the new features especially the turbo wash! It is so much faster and still does a fantastic job with my laundry. I highly recommend it and feel secure that you won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy an LG front load washer and dryer.

We went to the LG section and saw the tower, we had room for the compact system in our small washroom. We liked the large capacity and the control panel in the center where it was easy to access as opposed to stacked units where the control panel on the top unit is up where we could need a step stool to reach it. Units are working great, easy to use. They are also very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer/dryer combo for several weeks now. I really like that the control panel is in the middle which makes it easier to see. It's cool that it auto selects the dryer settings after you wash! I also love that I get an alert on my phone when a cycle is finished. It is a little noisier than expected when filling with water, but that could be an issue on my end. Overall, I've loved the upgrade and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying this , I had an older side by side washer and dryer. It was very noisy and took forever to wash and dry our clothes. Our new unit is very quiet and has multiple settings that quickly washes and drys everything. Even the spin cycle, which was quite noisy on the old unit, is quieter and takes less time. We are very, very happy with our new LG.

I bought the new LG ThinQ wash tower and was terribly disappointed in the quality of the machines. The dryer barely worked on any of the settings. I returned the tower to the store where purchased. Happy that I didn't get rid of my older washer and dryer.
