I live in a Condo with a laundry "closet" and this unit allowed me to wash and dry vertically and freed up 1/2 the space in the area for other storage. Clothes are clean, wash time is excellent, and the dryer steam feature is a dream. Very happy with this purchase!

It washes small loads and larger items with ease. The dryer is also efficient and handles all types of clothes well. For installation, the dryer has the option to vent the dryer in the back or on it's side. We have a limited amount of space and having the option to side vent the dryer was a welcomed choice. We highly recommend this unit.

I love the color options and the sleek look that it provides. Love the flat face and the touch buttons! I have read into this machine for about four hours and it has awesome options and I can use it from my cell phone to Function my machine while I’m away from home. It’s super quiet and it actually CLEANS your clothes! I highly recommend getting these machines!

Washes so much faster than my previous washer since will actually weigh the amount of clothes. Like the smart features in the app and can actually pick what you are washing like towels. Like that the tub for both washer and dryer are extra large. My only complaint on the dryer is if you let it pick the dryer level and you pick the dampness, it thinks everything is dry when is not, so I end up putting the time amount in. Other than that I love the look and sleekness and very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are moving our laundry center into a closet near our bedrooms and this fit perfectly. Our daughter bought one a year ago and loves it. Only complaints are that the buttons need a lot of pressure to push and that you can’t change the drying temperature if you select “normal” mode. It is locked into “high”. We got around this by selecting a different mode. We love the turbo wash and the steam wrinkle/static reduction. We have not used a dryer sheet since we started using the wash tower. We are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great washer and dryer unit. The only challenge was in getting the dryer venting set-up properly. I started with a low profile rear vent, which gave me consistent issues with vent blockage alarms. The vent tube was a low profile sheet metal ovaled vent with 90 bends at the top and bottom. On multiple occasions, I validated a clear exhaust path with clear airflow from dryer to outdoors and ensured sealed connections throughout, only to continue receiving vent blockage alerts. I switched to a side exhaust using the side exhaust kit, and round 4” flexible tube and that immediately resolved the problem. The unit has worked flawlessly since.

There are only a couple of things I do not like - doors are not reversible, I was not informed that I needed a hose for the dryer steam function and the washer is quite noisy. Other than these things, I am very pleased and highly recommend this unit.
