Have heat pump with auxiliary heat that does fine even during a couple recent hard winter freeze episodes...but, during one hard winter (12 -18 degrees a couple nights) I had issues with breakers under the house flipping due to the heat kicking on & off and during another hard freeze we lost power for hours when the grid failed. Getting this large size with hose and plug in module cord for built in blower fan mainly for backup. Small camp propane cans or regular propane bottles are a cheap way to supplement heating our home.

I couldn’t get the electronic ignition to work . YouTubed it and had to notify the company who was very nice and sent the new part

It doesnt normally come with the hose and power supply even at $150. So to get it for $57 with $40 of extras is quite a steal. Thanks Sam's.

Small gas canisters don't last as long as suggested. You also have to plug unit in if you want to have the fan operating to blow heat out.

We purchased this to tailgate in very cold KC temps. It worked very well and didn't as much propane as expected to heat as well as it did. Very efficient.

So easy to connect to propane and it supplies so much heat.

Beware I now have returned two of these that leak LP

Didn’t include all the parts and does not have the fan as advertised on the box. Poor advertising.
