I love it sm!!

Does NOT remove stains. I have to pre-soak to remove stains such as makeup, chocolate and simple dirt stains. Arm and Hammer is around the same price and works better.

I just can't get past the smell. It's supposed to be lavender, but it's a strong, musky scent that hits the back of the brain and gives me a headache. My husband can't stand it either. There's nothing flowery or fresh about it and it doesn't smell clean. I'm giving it away. Yuck!

Members Mark is not ECOS! It is an imposter. Sam's makes it hard to read the ingredients on the app. Front of detergent states plant based. I have researched each ingredient and am shocked at all the skin allergens, eye and skin irritants, and aquatic concerns. Then what I call a disclaimer that it is plant and conventional! BUYER BEWARE!! Check it out yourself. So disappointed I feel I can't trust anything.

I have used this detergent for two weeks. It smells stronger than the lavender in ecos and is not hypoallergenic but since it's at Sam's and they stopped carrying ecos, we tried it. I have noticed four loads that have not gotten out minor stains in my clothes and my kids' clothes. Ecos cleaned better and was hypoallergenic. Disappointed in Sam's decision because now I have to find my lavender ecos at another store.

Leave it to Sams to identify an affordable product (from their shelves) that people love because it meets their needs for a healthier way of being and then eliminate it from their offerings in favor of replacing it with an item that is a more expensive and less healthy option in their Members Mark brand.

The smell after the clothes are washed, is horrible, to me at least! Some things I can just keep using and live with whatever is wrong until I run out, but not this. I'm headed back to Sam's to return it tonight to get something else so I can rewash everything I washed. The detergent smells fine when I open the container and take a sniff, but after the clothes are washed it's so bad. They smell whether they were hung dry or dried in the dryer. To me, it smells like wet dirt or moss, or something just not quite right and definitely not a smell I want to smell on myself all day in my clothes. I know not everyone has the same sense of smell and can smell the same thing in different ways, but I can't believe no one in product testing of this didn't notice this after scent.

Horribly awkward bottle. Pouring requires three hands and a level of juggling that I have not mastered. We loved Ecos. This store brand has something in it that I am allergic to. Looking to purchase Ecos at another store. Very disappointed that it's no longer at Sam's.

I ordered this detergent and two cases of a protein drink. They were put in a large box with NO packing material. The box was evidently dropped at the Sam's warehouse or FedEx - the corner was crushed. The plastic cap on top of the detergent was cracked and off the bottle and detergent leaked into the box. This is the second order damaged in shipping the last time a bag of sliced almonds was ripped and spilled out into the box. Another time a package was left next door. FedEx does not take care with delivery and Sam's does not package well. I will return this tomorrow and would not recommend having detergent shipped.The product may be good but if I can't buy it in the store I won't use it.

We have used ECOS for years with satisfaction. This product is not a good substitute; it contains a chemical that causes a skin reaction in our family - perhaps a chemical analog of formaldehyde? I will be returning this to the store. I am covered in tender, sensitive pustules.
