One of my favorite features, funny enough, is the brightness that adjusts according to the light in the room, which is a huge reason why I bought this particular TV. The user interface is impressive with lots of options. I had hoped the color was going to be richer, but as I mentioned, I just purchased it. So I will do some more adjustments and update this if necessary. The TV screen has 4K resolution, which gives highly-detailed picture quality; it took me a bit to adjust to it, haha. The contrast is excellent, far better than the TV this replaced. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase; everything I was looking for in a TV is in this TV and much more! I purchased a Samsung TV this time because of my love for my Samsung phone(s); it was time to expand from there and get the bigger picture, so to speak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm good with the resolution of the 50" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. I have three Samsung TV's. I have one serious problem with this TV. In my lest of channels I have all the local over the air stations. Also in my list is about six Samsung apps. When I click to watch any of these apps I can no longer scroll up or down as I am no long in my personal list of over the air and apps list I have chosen but am tossed into a list of apps akin to the one I am viewing and can only get back to my personal list by opening Guide and choosing a channel from there. The channel (CH) up-down is no longer in my personal list. Why? I've never experienced this type of failure and cannot find a fix for it. Why? Also, the channel changer is not as convenient as the previous one and use my old channel changer instead. And, this matters not which manufacturer but all channel controls seem to slip or tilt or slide in the hand. Why? Thanks for your time.

It is a mist recommend if you are looking for a nice TV that won't break the bank because it is priced right for the value.

Resolution is nice. Easy to refresh going back to home button. Wish there was another usb port. Would be nice if it was a pedistal mount vs. Legs on both ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't plugged it in yet, but have a samsuns in living room and love it 63 I think never had problems with it, so went with a samsung in bedroom to replace my vizo which is only 2 yrs old and having problems with it. I remember when tvs lasted for 15 yrs not anymore. I can't believe the way they are made and the picture quality and how easy to use and see from a distance.

Very easy to pair with other samsung devices and I love getting notifications on the screen when my dishwasher or washer and dryer are done so I know I need to go take care of it.
