Picture is great, sound great, Home Screen extremely painful to navigate and the Samsung TV plus and smart things absolutely terrible

Picture freezes occasionally

Very often, the picture will freeze sometimes at a critical point of it sports contest.. other than that, the picture is terrific.

Not user friendly

Picture is fine. Navigation of apps is not user friendly. Would like to see an easier way to select channels, as in numbers on the key pad.

Meh...

The picture is good on all channels. However, on Netflix there is a buzzing sound. I didn't have that issue on my previous TV.
