If your looking for a new TV but not wanting to pay the large price tag for the QLED the Crystal UHD is the best of both worlds. It has a great picture (would be even better if you have access to stable internet) and all the apps that we stream from these days. My family couldn't be happier whether my kids are gaming, husband is watching a fame or my extra kids are enjoying their favorite movies.

The buttons are so close together your finger inevitably touches another key and sends you off to God knows where! No consideration given to the elderly with eyesight problems! I checked and there is no option to buy a larger remote! I found the instructions on the ‘learn’ your TV very vague and confusing! I still can’t figure out how to watch my local channels! So far, I am not a fan of this TV and especially not the remote!

The brightness is great, it definitely lights up if you want it to. The way it quickly and seamlessly connects with bluetooth devices, nearby devices, and the internet is pretty nice when streaming or playing games on the tv itself. The resolution and refresh rate make gaming and streaming services an absolutely wonderful experience to behold. Can't wait to try even better products! Haven't really tried any security features and thus I don't have an accurate enough assessment to make any comments, positive or negative. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Picture, Tinny sound, maybe when I connect receiver that will correct. My 65" in the basement sounds good as it is connected to a receiver. Getting to settings slow and cumbersome and access is slow and doesn't always work the first time. Disappointed by the sticker on screen. scratched the screen trying to remove.

It's got a lot of cool features that we're still getting used to... the remote control is a lot different as well, so I'm still getting familiar with it. Overall, I think this will keep us happy for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast, resolution, and brightness are perfectly in balance. Not to hard on sensitive eyes like mine. Easily adjusted if needed. The picture is sharp, clear and clean. It doesn't take long to load apps or shows. The sound is crystal clear. Plenty loud also. If you need to refresh the settings or anything, it's very simple. Easily able to guide through everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is excellent and meets all my expectations. The one thing I do not like about this TV is the design of the remote. Rather than use it, I prefer to use the remote from my previous Samsung TV. A feature that is missing on this TV is an audio out connector (digital or analog) so if you want to attach a sound bar to it, it must be wireless and use Bluetooth.
