[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't actually watch TV that often. I use mine as big computer screen. I love the quality of streaming programs and podcasts. The only negative I have is that the TV disconnects from my computer when the computer goes into sleep mode. Sometimes I have to shut the computer down and reboot before the TV reconnects to it.

Tried removing batteries out of remote for two minutes and that seemed to fix problem so far. Other than that the pictures great sounds are good. I would give it a five except for the pausing

The things that I don't like are the voice assistant keeps turning itself back on tge game dashboard is hard to find to TURN IT OFF and samsung updates messed up my samsung soundbar have to hard rest every other day to get it to connect to my tv all the time since that stupid update. Movies any where will not play in 4k only on this TV. Xfinity stream app doesn't fit screen and its been like this since 2024 on all samsung tvs. They don't care to fix the aspect format so everyone is stretched out and tall for old tv shows. I think samsung really doesn't care

I feel like my neighbors used one of boundary watches, paired with my tv thru the wall, took over my smart hub and have been spying on me ever since. Other than that ya know.. a tv is a tv I mostly just buy Samsung for the ergonomic remote control, very well thought out and nicely done. If anyone happens to see me on the internet I did not consent to those videos being taken or uploaded onto whichever none of my business websites you like to visit.

The Visio had a better picture viewing angle and had a pedestal mount that worked well on our chest of drawers. We returned the Samsung and purchased a superior LG model that has better picture quality, better viewing angle, boots faster and has a more usable remote control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times when I have to reboot the tv (unplug from power for 15 seconds) because youtube tv won't load at all. This does not happen on other tv's in the home, only this Samsung. Otherwise, the picture and sound is great.

I've had my TV for 6 months and the recent software update has really messed up my settings . Trying to fix it has been extremely difficult. Yes, I'm 72 but it doesn't have to be this difficult. Do better Samsung!

My Roku Stick was working beautifully, however, one day recently I attempted to open it and it would not download on the Samsung TV. Every attempt has failed, even though all our other TV's work perfectly with Roku. Not happy with that at all!!
