I'll select a show to watch, it will start working on starting the show with the little circle spinning, then kicks me off and it returns to the previous channel I was watching in like netflix, etc. I haven't been able to watch Samsung tv in about 2 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV is great for the most part love the resolution love the price love Samsung TV all the channels you get with that for free is totally crazy my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough computing power to get apps open quickly as I use my TV for all of my apps also there have been a few hiccups with not connecting to Wi-Fi when my Wi-Fi was on and functioning overall I love Samsung I'll always buy Samsung would highly recommend

In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don't know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV's controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

The quality and picture is sharp and crispy. Being able to use our phones as remotes is super convenient, as well as screen sharing and Bluetoothing videos and music to it. Its been one of favorite Samsung products for sure.
