We love the picture but the sound is poor. This is our second Samsung in our home, both recently purchased. However, we had to purchase a Sono Soundbar to be able to hear the shows. The Samsung was too weak.

Still Fabulous picture quality. I wish there was an upgrade of the OS available to accept newer APPS that current tv models accept, but this doesn't because of age limitations.

We have regretted purchasing this TV from day one. It is very difficult to navigate. We are not able to watch our favorite channels. We subscribe to Prime but cannot access Prime Video. Piece of junk!

Actually the visual is very good. However, the REMOTE is the worst ever!! It is NOT user friendly. Unless you memorize what each button stands for -- it's useless!! What good is a TV if the remote is worthless.

too much stuff to go thru on the screen. I very seldom watch movies. New's and a couple 2 or 3 comedy series and all the junk on the TV is in the way. Especially on start up

The picture and sound are quite good. The navigation is awkward and cumbersome for someone who merely wants to watch and enjoy television channels. Multiple steps are needed to merely begin watching the morning news & weather.

When I bought this TV . I was very happy with the way it operated Picture was clear Sound was great didn't even need a sound bar Easy easy to go from one place to another highly recommend this product

The sharpness and clarity of the TV's picture was much better than I expected. Along with the intuitive functionality of the smart TV with it simple setup I was streaming within minutes of installation.

TV works great once we figured out the remote. Have all Samsung TVs in both homes. Not happy with only one of the TVs and that being the 50" one. Let's say it's not the best unit.
