[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 55" Samsung TV Memorial day weekend. It was in sale but now I see why the remote is more difficult to use. The picture almost looks like it has a soft filter, even though it's on dynamic mode. The color is inconsistent depending on what we are watching.

Movies: also have a amazing picture. The all around quality is incredible. The color, the sharpness, just visually beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is beyond expectations! The screen is beautiful and produces the most incredible colors and details! Very easy to set up. I loved that already come with most used apps but if you don't see the one that uses you can upload it. My favorite app so far is Smart Things you can see all your house devices connected to this app and manage it use with the TV. And if you can't find your cellphone simply go to the TV and use (Ring my phone) and it send a signal and rings your cellphone isn't that great? Speed of TV is amazing. We really enjoy watching movies or our favorite series. The only thing I don't like as much is the control remote I think is very simple and it needs more features, at least a microphone to use bixby voice since it doesn't have any number buttons. So far we are very happy with this TV and totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Crystal UHD 4K is incredible. It's responsive and super user-friendly. The picture is super clear. I recently watched the New “Mufasa” movie on it and could make out even fine hairs on the lions. The sound quality is top-tier. I love that it's interconnected with my Xbox. I have had blast playing my games like Forza Horizon 5 without even leaving the couch. There's not input lag that is typically inherent with Cloud-type gaming. The endless supply of other games and free channels are superb. I swapped it out with the Google TV that was originally in my living room, and would do it 100 times if given the chance. I LOVE THIS SAMSUNG Crystal 4K.

Theres been features that I didn't think id find helpful to have, like the Samsung smart things connectivity capabilities to the amazing picture quality compared to previous televisions I have owned. You cannot reasonably understand having all of your electronics being in complete synchronization and reporting back to you until you've experienced it first-hand. My watch connected to my ear buds and phone which is in complete harmony.with my Samsung 8000! It's truly revolutionary living experience. I am excited about upgrading my laptop and shopping for a refrigerator to help organize my grocery shopping. Go Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought many TVs in our 70 years. This tv was so hard to setup. Installing was no problem. Once it turned on we needed the phone to scan a code and it was misery from there. Too hard for seniors and we are computer literate! We got the app from that QR code and it kept picking up my LR tv and wouldn't let me add the BR tv. Once we got it to work, it doesn't last the tv channels like my LR tv does. Not liking it but I guess it will s cheap enough to watch tv to go to bed.

Noticing small details like freckles on actors and eye color that is often missed on other sets. The ease of the homescreen makes accessing your favorite apps and shows easy. It is still lacking many of the apps that other services provide, but the free samsung live TV makes up for it .

Upon purchasing this TV and getting it set up it was immediately evident that this product had a much better picture. The black was much deeper and the overall optics were deeper. More detailed. We hanes been very pleased with this product and have been replacing all our tv's with Samsung tv's. We have gone from a family we previously owned no Samsung tv's to currently owning 3.
