The sound quality is clear enough for daily TV shows and dialogue, though you might want a soundbar if you love deep theater-like bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brightness, contrast and color are great. I have had Samsung Smart TV for last 15 year. But this new Smart TV is so must more responsive when moving the Netflix or other streaming services. It has quickly learned my likes and helps me navigate quicker. The 55" Samsung I am guessing 15 years old . Little slowing but still functioning well.

I don’t care for the newer style of remote. So I buy replacements that have more controls on them. Picture is ok but dark at the corners. I expected consistency. I needed this size for a specific application but realized too late (after mounting) that with this tiny bezel I could have gone up one size. The sound quality is better than expected for a thin TV. Overall for the price it is fine.

The colors are vibrant and's crisp with a natural look. Viewing is easy on the eyes, the different selection of picture modes makes it simple and easy. One does not have to make any major decision when it comes to the picture. The audio is clean and crisp without any distortion or heaviness to the lower frequencies. The features are simple with hints to the side topics which is sheer genius of thinking as a consumer. Thanks Samsung

You have pull up a menu screen and search around to do anything. I really miss the mute button and a number pad for changing channels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I had purchased the 85 in U8000F Crystal UHD TV (2025) I have not been disappointed. The picture is clear & works as expected. I hooked it up to my soundbar & the sound is so much better when I am playing my movies.

Worst TV I've ever had. Constantly freezes while streaming and using apps. Erases your favorite channels if you do another scan. Everything support tells you to do makes you have to install all your apps again and doesn't resolve the problem. If you do a backup it only saves a LIST of your apps and not the apps themselves so you can't restore them
