I have owned several Samsung led tvs from my first 43 led to my 55 and my next 55. Then I bought this 65 and....seriously always very happy with these Samsung tvs, the picture is always very good. Also you never get dim colors and the motion/contrast issues like cheaper tvs. I bought a different brand once then while setting it up on stand I accidentally touched the screen....after that I never bought anything but a Samsung again. Buuut I'm Probably Samsung bias always had Samsung phones and DVD players head phones now a watch that I absolutely love as well. I'm never disappointed with how good the apps run on the tvs and I love my new 65 has almost no bezel witch is extra cool.

I love it for NASCAR, can't wait for the NFL season. Watching Landman and Marshalls on it was like a new experience. The picture detail was awesome. No pixelation here. It looks like you are sitting on the opposite side of a wall, watching through a window into that world

Well packaged. Easy set up. Clear picture and sound. 2 weeks in, all apps stopped working. A YouTube search told me to fix any Samsung issues try doing a reboot by holding the power button down. That worked thankfully. Hoping the issue does not repeat. App responsiveness is slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv picture is great and has been wonderful for gaming. The only complaint I have is that the previous update has made it to where the wifi and Bluetooth dont work anymore. Bug still has amazing picture clarity, and brightness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old LG 60" smart TV with Samsung's 58" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. We were looking for a 60" TV that was compatible with our entertainment center, but apparently nobody is manufacturing 60" TVs any more, which is very strange. Anyway, major pitfalls with this Samsung TV include that it does not have an optical output connection, this was a problem because I wanted to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the TV, so I could listen to my Sony headphones and Samsung soundbar at the same time. Unfortunately, the transmitter could not be connected without an optical output. Funny, that Samsung hasn't figured out how to make a TV that can connect to a soundbar and bluetooth headphones simultaneously. Huge bummer for us! Otherwise, the TV picture quality is acceptable, but the sound quality mediocre because we have to listen to the TV speaker when I am donning my bluetooth headphones. Goes without saying, we are not real happy with this purchase, but we're stuck now.

I am happy with the size of the TV. Unfortunately, the color is not the same on all stations. Also the volume Is very low and I have to consistently have it in the 40 to 50 range in order to even hear the TV. I was happy with the price of the TV however I expected more from the Samsung unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now own three Samsung TVs I feel they have good color balance, reasonably good speakers although I have replaced the speakers on my older set after eight years the controls are intuitive and over the years. The features on the newer sets have improved. I definitely would buy another one when needed.

The os is very secure and locked down so you dont have to worry aboutinstallingany malware. Overall best brand on the market. Highly recommend.

The tv brightness is perfect for sunny days. Software is smooth I previous had a 6000 series which I found to be a bit slow. The 8000 did not fail me. Also works great with my switch
