It packs in five different ingredients - Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Collagen Peptide, Vitamin E and Alpha Hydroxy Acid - that work together to make your skin feel smooth and hydrated. The bottle is a beautiful, pearl like color and it feels very luxurious. It also dries down nicely and is a thin, non-greasy formula that you can put on before your makeup routine!

One thing that stood out to me immediately was the fragrance and texture. The serum has a thicker, silky consistency and a noticeable scent that instantly reminded me of a shampoo I used to use. I tend to prefer more neutral or fragrance-free skincare, so that was probably the biggest downside for me and made it feel less luxurious on the skin than I expected. The serum did leave my skin feeling smooth and hydrated after application. I personally didn’t notice dramatic changes in brightness or texture, but I also already use a lot of active skincare ingredients regularly in my routine, so my skin is fairly accustomed to exfoliating and resurfacing products. I introduced this product slowly because my skin has been more sensitive recently, and although the directions suggest using the serum twice daily, my skin personally preferred using it more gradually — about once a day or a few times a week. Overall, I can understand why this product has such a loyal following, especially for someone looking for a multitasking serum. I love the different superhero ingredients. For me, the fragrance was the main thing holding it back.

I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t seen any changes in my skin but I wasn’t expecting anything miraculous to happen in just a few weeks. This serum has a light scent and a pearl (slight shimmer) kind of color. I have sensitive skin and this caused me no irritation. It soaks into my skin just fine (left no residue/piling).

This stuff is luxurious—iridescent glass bottle packaging far exceeds numerous high end brands I own. 2. The texture— silky, smooth, hydrating. It’s an excellent prep product in my makeup routine but I wear it regardless if I’m wearing makeup. It does dry down but leaves an ever so subtle satin finish. 3. Plays well with others— no piling or fighting with other skincare, spf or complexion products. 4. Scent—I typically prefer fragrance free but so enjoy the light kind of fruity notes. 5. Hasn’t broken me out—my skin is pretty sensitive and will let me know if it doesn’t like something. 6. Ingredients—niacinamide, collagen peptides, vitamin, AHA, vitamin C. My skin often flushes with niacinamide but I haven’t experienced that with this serum. I also haven’t experienced sensitivity with the vitamin C or AHA. Overall: I would repurchase this!

While I have not noticed much improvement with my dark spots yet, I have definitely seen a difference in how soft and glowy my skin looks. My face feels smoother and more hydrated after using it. The only downside for me is the scent because it is pretty strong, so if you are sensitive to smells, it may not be your favorite.
