The huge shelves allows me to really spread things out and see what I have and know where it is. I just wished the shelves in the door were larger so I can put my gallon of milk and other large bottles in there. I guess I'll adjust them and find a way to live with it. I can't find out how to fill the water pitcher yet. I have to read up on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding the right refrigerator for our family of nine has always been a challenge, but this new Samsung model is ticking all the boxes after just two days! The amount of space is truly impressive and meets our needs perfectly. Beyond the space, the features are thoughtfully designed. The auto-fill water pitcher is a standout - it keeps cold, filtered water readily available and has been brilliant for encouraging more water intake (fruit-infused water is a big hit!). The flexible middle drawer is another smart feature; knowing we can adjust the temperature for different needs like deli snacks or drinks gives us great options. And thumbs up to Samsung for including an ice scoop! It solves the problem of hands grabbing ice directly and keeps things more hygienic. We are thrilled with this purchase so far. It's spacious, convenient, and already making life a little easier for our large, busy family.

If I could give this refrigerator 0 stars I would. We purchased our fridge in Nov 2023 and it has had to be serviced 3x. Our original one got dented..we got a new one.. the refrigerant line was sliced...got that fixed... Next no ice and our freezer wasn't keeping food cold. The compressor was broke. The techs only excuse for this horrible fridge was, "things aren't built like they use to". The freezer has now worked for a month and the ice machine is broken again and the freezer doesn't freeze. So if don't like ice and frozen food this is the fridge for you.

The space is incredible—plenty of room for everything, which is a lifesaver with two growing boys in the house. The middle pull-out drawer is one of our favorite features. You can set the temp just how you want it, and we use it to keep drinks extra cold—it’s perfect. The freezer holds a ton, and the Beverage Center gets used constantly. It’s honestly one of the best purchases we’ve made for the house.

I love how sleek and modern it looks. The finger printless exterior is perfect for little hands. My absolute favorite part is the water pitcher inside. It is great for sharing and pour water in a large quantity with easy refilling. I love the Samsung app for it makes it easy to know if my door was left open or if the filter needs changed. This spacious refrigerator is fantastic and we are so happy we upgraded.

I like this fridge. I have had it for nearly three weeks. Others have stated some of the same issues I have: it makes ice VERY slowly, but the ice itself is fine (and in the freezer instead of the fridge like the older models). The doors do get dirty with fingerprints, but so does ANY stainless steel appliance. Just have some stainless steel cleaner handy if it bothers you. One issue I had was that the water pitcher stopped filling on autofill (but the dispenser still worked as did the ice machine). It may have been some sort of bubble in the line, but I am having it checked out. So, if you encounter that issue, check that your water line isn't kinked. Because it already had a problem with the pitcher filling, I can't give it a 5* review. Overall, a decent fridge and better than our previous Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke fridge for a a few days now and I really like it. The inside is super spacious and the lighting makes it easy to see everything, even in the back. The shelves are adjustable which makes organizing pretty simple, and the beverage center is a nice touch for quick drinks. One of the main reasons I went with this fridge is because you can swap out the exterior panels. It first came with a stainless steel finish, which looked good, but I wanted something that matched my stove. I switched to the white glass panels to match the rest of my kitchen. It’s nice knowing if I ever want a different style later on I can just switch the panels instead of buying a whole new fridge. It runs very quiet, the freezer drawers slide easy and the crisper does keep fruits and veggies fresher longer. I also like the built-in water pitcher that fills up on its own, it simplifies my life when it comes to filling up the coffee machine water tank or even take it directly to the table when I have visitors and need to fill multiple glasses. Another thing that’s great is I can control everything through the SmartThings app, like checking temps or adjusting settings right from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this Samsung refrigerator. It looks so much more sleek and modern without the handles. It really gives it an upgraded look. There is so much space and different ways you can customize the shelves. the second shelf can actually be pushed in, so that there is more space to add taller items. That was one of my concerns; that there wasn’t enough space for the taller items that needed storing. The adjustable shelves definitely helped a lot. I love the deep drawers, I can fit all of my fruits and veggies in them. The beverage center is pretty cool. It would be great if there is eventually a glass pitcher available. We are trying to get rid of plastics, so this probably will not be getting any use, but I’m sure is a great bonus to many. The middle drawer is perfect to put smaller items. We use them to stock up on yogurts. It’s easy to get to and looks organized and neat. The freezer has 2 sections. It’s easy to push the top drawer to get to the bottom and has more than enough storage space. I wish there were more ice settings to change the size, but it is still functional and works well.

I was hesitant to buy another Samsung fridge after the fiasco with their ice maker but it seems that they learned their lesson with the Bespoke, plenty of room and 0 issues after 6 months
