The huge shelves allows me to really spread things out and see what I have and know where it is. I just wished the shelves in the door were larger so I can put my gallon of milk and other large bottles in there. I guess I'll adjust them and find a way to live with it. I can't find out how to fill the water pitcher yet. I have to read up on that.

The amount of space is truly impressive and meets our needs perfectly. Beyond the space, the features are thoughtfully designed. The auto-fill water pitcher is a standout - it keeps cold, filtered water readily available and has been brilliant for encouraging more water intake (fruit-infused water is a big hit!). The flexible middle drawer is another smart feature; knowing we can adjust the temperature for different needs like deli snacks or drinks gives us great options. And thumbs up to Samsung for including an ice scoop! It solves the problem of hands grabbing ice directly and keeps things more hygienic. We are thrilled with this purchase so far. It's spacious, convenient, and already making life a little easier for our large, busy family.

One of the worst experiences ever. Bought the fridge as a part of a package. From day 1 the icemaker was not working. Samsung sent out a repair person 4 times who replaced different parts each time and nothing worked. I had to take time off for every time the tech came to replace a part. Water line was fine as the jug was filling and the water was flowing in. The icemaker did not call for water regardless of what was replaced. To add insult to injury, every time I called Samsung, I was bounced around for hours till I got fed up. I reached out via social media, chat and phone. I was out of the return period and Samsung refused to give a replacement. This has been ongoing for 5 weeks now. Finally today after being bounced around for 2 hours, someone was able to order a replacement for me. THe kicker is it will take 15 business days for the replacement to come. We have more than 15 Samsung Products in the house, including TVs, phones, watches, rings and this is how they treat a customer that has paid 1000s an year to Samsung for many years. If this is how Samsung treats a loyal customer, imagine what they will do to a one off customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a side by side to this beauty and I am so very blown away by the space and ease of organization in this unit. The lights inside are bright and leave no dark areas. I can fit full platters of food and the middle drawer is so nice to be able to set the temp we need. We are currently using it for the kids for their snacks and drinks so they don’t stand there with the fridge open searching. The dimensions seem like they were a little off as we had to take off some molding to fit, but we are planning on remodeling our kitchen this summer, so this is a perfect jump start. I love the water pitcher in the door. We filled the insert with mint and cucumber and it has been so nice to have cold refreshing water. I also love the adjustable shelf for 2 liters or even larger bulky items. I am super excited when we do the kitchen remodel to order the colored panels for the front! It’s so nice it’s customizable to our style! So far there haven’t been any issues, My only wish is that the book included a quick start guide and tells you to prime the water filter so you don’t have any issues. Would 1000 percent recommend this brand and fridge!

I had to remove the doors since it was the big 29 cu. ft 4 door and it didnt go through a door way. It was super easy to remove all doors with help of one person. The fridge can be connected to smart things app. Where you can check the temperature of the upper and freezer compartments. You can modify all the shelves of the refrigerator. I can fit tall champagne bottles. From the smart things app you can control the temperature, ice maker and autofill water pitcher. It comes with a pre installed water filter. It will tell you when it is close for replacement in the smart things app. The freezer has 4 large containers. It has pretty good light in all the compartments of the fridge. I love the stainless steel doors. Overall I am very happy with my fridge. I would 100% recommend it.

I feel like you can see everything you have so nothing goes to waste. The delivery and set up was flawless thanks to the delivery team. The extra small drawer in the middle is a nice addition for cheese/lunch meats. I LOVE the built in pitcher for water.
