[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my Samsung Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex refrigerator. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and fits the space perfectly. One of the first things I noticed is how incredibly quiet it is—you can barely hear the compressor running, and opening and closing the doors is smooth and silent. The refrigerator cools everything quickly and keeps my food fresh. I also really like the spacious interior and how easy it is to organize groceries. The Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker are great features and have been very convenient for my family. Overall, this refrigerator has exceeded my expectations. It's stylish, quiet, spacious, and performs exactly as I hoped. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality refrigerator.

Now I can put yogurt in the center but, if I Have to have more freezer space, wah la, the center is now for freezer items! I think the cooling option is my favorite thing about me new refrigerator. I love my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the fridge for about 2 months and so far love it. I have the counter depth version which had a bit less capacity than I expected, especially in the freezer but I really enjoy the layout, water dispenser and extra middle drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The durability of the fridge is excellent . the capacity pretty much top tier it is very customizable with the air updates. efficiencies not bad it is a bit laggy temperatures also pretty adjustable and there is a lot of flexibility due to the new tech .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge with ample space and very compact fitting. The flex zone is an def advantage. Thge best part is that the doors are easy to open and use. The only downside is that the beverage center needs the left door to be fully opened. And there is only one ice tray that makes one type of ice.

After a couple tries we got the right one. Very happy with how the doors seal when opened and closed and the ai aspect of notifications . Love the convertible temperature drawer and the spacious interior of the refrigerator . Only reason I gave it a 4 is we are ice hogs, and the ice maker has a little trouble keeping up with our demands. Weve added a couple ice trays for cocktails. Its quite and the interior water picture is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good refrigerator for looks, space, features and like the cabinet sixe best. My only complaint is the ice maker. Samsung makes good products but they need to get the ice maker to work with out freezing up.

The Ice box takes too much freezer space. Its design should be reconsidered to avoid taking too much space. The water jug and dispenser also are also sub-optimally designed as they take quite a bit of space. whilst appreciate the effort to present a seamless exterior I think an external water dispense is better. One also has to hold the door while filling a container with water to avoid it the door open and hitting again a wall etc. The sections to open the freezer and the storage compartment below the fridge are dirt traps - food crumbs etc fall into the wedge which requires frequent cleaning. I dont like the black sections on the side of the fridge, i think these should have been covered/ concealed to present a fully stainless steel appearance. Overall, I am not satisfied with the fridge and regret the purchase, the RF28R7201SR would have been a better purchase.
