The 29 cu ft capacity is massive — finally have room for all the groceries without stacking things. It's Energy Star efficient, so our electric bill hasn't jumped. The FlexZone drawers are really handy for switching between fridge and freezer temps depending on what we need. Love how the Bespoke panels let us match it to our kitchen cabinets. Overall, happy with the upgrade.

I loveeee the middle drawer that you can change the need for. The freezer is really big and easy to clean. The temps are easy to control and change as needed. It’s helped reduce our electricity bill compared to our old fridge. It’s really nice to look at as well ! And easy to clean.

The unique third door being able to be used to treats and kid related products has kept us organized and gives more space in the main cooking area. Bonus to the kids the fridge is magnetic something our last one was not. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has been great and consistent. We use the middle drawer for snack which is amazing for the kids. The water dispensing station has been a game changer for us with the pitcher. The only issue I have the shelf organization, it's not very efficient for large items like 1gall of milk. You can only really have customized one way to not give up shelf space with the retractable side, this creates a small gap between the inside drawer and the milk shelf that we can put stuff in but you can't see what is there and you almost have to pull everything out every time.

The customizable panels make it look high-end and blend nicely with the kitchen. There is plenty of space inside, and the layout makes it easy to stay organized. The beverage center and dual ice maker are a big plus, especially the ice bites. It keeps everything at a consistent temperature, and the middle drawer works great for drinks and snacks. The only downside is the smart features and app can be a bit inconsistent, but it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, a great combination of design and performance. Worth it if you want something modern and spacious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good refrigerator for looks, space, features and like the cabinet sixe best. My only complaint is the ice maker. Samsung makes good products but they need to get the ice maker to work with out freezing up.

The Ice box takes too much freezer space. Its design should be reconsidered to avoid taking too much space. The water jug and dispenser also are also sub-optimally designed as they take quite a bit of space. whilst appreciate the effort to present a seamless exterior I think an external water dispense is better. One also has to hold the door while filling a container with water to avoid it the door open and hitting again a wall etc. The sections to open the freezer and the storage compartment below the fridge are dirt traps - food crumbs etc fall into the wedge which requires frequent cleaning. I dont like the black sections on the side of the fridge, i think these should have been covered/ concealed to present a fully stainless steel appearance. Overall, I am not satisfied with the fridge and regret the purchase, the RF28R7201SR would have been a better purchase.
