[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful capacity, low temperatures, terrible ice maker. The ice maker freezes over so we have to weekly go on there and fix it or else it clogs.

My experience with Samsung has been extremely frustrating. I purchased a Family Hub refrigerator, and it failed in less than a year. After only 8 months, it stopped cooling properly. I was left without a working refrigerator for an entire month while waiting for repairs. During that time, I had to spend a lot of extra money on food and struggled to properly feed my children. This situation was unacceptable, and Samsung did not fully compensate me for the losses. What made things worse is that I had to deal with these issues for several months before Samsung finally agreed to offer a coupon for a replacement. This process was long, stressful, and inconvenient. I have now purchased another Samsung refrigerator, but honestly, I am disappointed and hope I don't go through the same experience again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this fridge. The Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door is stylish and very functional. The customizable panels make it look high-end and blend nicely with the kitchen. There is plenty of space inside, and the layout makes it easy to stay organized. The beverage center and dual ice maker are a big plus, especially the ice bites. It keeps everything at a consistent temperature, and the middle drawer works great for drinks and snacks. The only downside is the smart features and app can be a bit inconsistent, but it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, a great combination of design and performance. Worth it if you want something modern and spacious.

The Ice box takes too much freezer space. Its design should be reconsidered to avoid taking too much space. The water jug and dispenser also are also sub-optimally designed as they take quite a bit of space. whilst appreciate the effort to present a seamless exterior I think an external water dispense is better. One also has to hold the door while filling a container with water to avoid it the door open and hitting again a wall etc. The sections to open the freezer and the storage compartment below the fridge are dirt traps - food crumbs etc fall into the wedge which requires frequent cleaning. I dont like the black sections on the side of the fridge, i think these should have been covered/ concealed to present a fully stainless steel appearance. Overall, I am not satisfied with the fridge and regret the purchase, the RF28R7201SR would have been a better purchase.

Best convenience option ever. No issues with temperature settings, it is very user friendly. The capacity is great for my family of 4. An added feature if the electricity efficiency it provides.

If you're looking for something that saves Ont he bill. Has enough space for food for a family of 8 then this is it . It holds a temperture that is of your liking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has been great and consistent. We use the middle drawer for snack which is amazing for the kids. The water dispensing station has been a game changer for us with the pitcher. The only issue I have the shelf organization, it's not very efficient for large items like 1gall of milk. You can only really have customized one way to not give up shelf space with the retractable side, this creates a small gap between the inside drawer and the milk shelf that we can put stuff in but you can't see what is there and you almost have to pull everything out every time.
