[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this refrigerator seems to be perfect for what we needed. The space is adequate and the included beverage pitcher is very handy. Accessibility is easy and the temperature control is much easier than our last unit.

Accessibility is important because I am limited in both arms. I love the flexibility because I finally have options as to where to put what. Now I can put yogurt in the center but, if I Have to have more freezer space, wah la, the center is now for freezer items! I think the cooling option is my favorite thing about me new refrigerator. I love my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The durability of the fridge is excellent . the capacity pretty much top tier it is very customizable with the air updates. efficiencies not bad it is a bit laggy temperatures also pretty adjustable and there is a lot of flexibility due to the new tech .

I like this fridge. I have had it for nearly three weeks. Others have stated some of the same issues I have: it makes ice VERY slowly, but the ice itself is fine (and in the freezer instead of the fridge like the older models). The doors do get dirty with fingerprints, but so does ANY stainless steel appliance. Just have some stainless steel cleaner handy if it bothers you. One issue I had was that the water pitcher stopped filling on autofill (but the dispenser still worked as did the ice machine). It may have been some sort of bubble in the line, but I am having it checked out. So, if you encounter that issue, check that your water line isn't kinked. Because it already had a problem with the pitcher filling, I can't give it a 5* review. Overall, a decent fridge and better than our previous Samsung fridge.

The 29 cu ft capacity is massive — finally have room for all the groceries without stacking things. It's Energy Star efficient, so our electric bill hasn't jumped. The FlexZone drawers are really handy for switching between fridge and freezer temps depending on what we need. Love how the Bespoke panels let us match it to our kitchen cabinets. Overall, happy with the upgrade.

The unique third door being able to be used to treats and kid related products has kept us organized and gives more space in the main cooking area. Bonus to the kids the fridge is magnetic something our last one was not. Great product!
