The entire experience, from purchase to setup, was fantastic, and the fridge itself is a massive improvement for our kitchen. ​The Look and Features ​First off, the design is beautiful. It looks incredibly sleek and modern, mostly thanks to the hidden hand grabs that give it such a clean, uninterrupted profile. My favorite feature is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser is hidden inside the door, keeping the exterior looking spotless. The little auto-fill water pitcher that comes with it is a brilliant touch—it's always full and ready. ​My only minor critique is the size of the pitcher. While I love having it, filling up my larger water bottles or cups can be a bit time-consuming. It's a small inconvenience, not a deal-breaker. ​Storage and Performance ​Here are a few thoughts on the nuts and bolts of the fridge: ​Capacity: The capacity is amazing. It holds all of our groceries with plenty of room to spare—no more cramming things in after a big shopping trip. ​Configuration: We love the French door configuration. It's so practical to have the wide-open fridge space at eye level for all our fresh food, with the freezer drawers conveniently below. ​Compartments: All the internal compartments are well-thought-out. We especially love the middle drawer! It's perfect for drinks and quick-grab snacks like yogurts and string cheeses, which makes life with kids so much easier. The other drawers also slide smoothly, and the adjustable door bins are spacious. ​Temperature: The temperature control seems excellent. Everything feels perfectly and evenly chilled, and the freezer keeps items frozen solid with no signs of frost build-up. ​Materials: The materials feel very high-quality. The delivery team was professional, came in, set up the new fridge perfectly, and even hauled our old refrigerator away for us. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing BUT it keeps the water dispenser from getting gross and dirty. Love the beverage center so much!

It fills immediately, takes about 30 seconds and it is really to go again. The freezer is extra large and items can be easily seen from the top and has easy access. The ice maker works great and you even get a scope for the ice. This is my second Samsung refrigerator and I would recommend it 100%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous fridge was a Samsung and still working after 13+ years (gave it to a friend), so we decided to try a new one. Our new Bespoke Fridge has been wonderful. I love the change they made by putting the water on the inside of the door instead of the outside (helps not have drips down the door when filling stuff up). Now there is a pitcher that can AUTO fill itself after you pour the water out and set it back inside the fridge door beverage area, no matter if it is all the way empty or even a little bit empty which is really nice. Pretty cool it auto fills. I use the pitcher all the time to fill up the coffee machine and also to give the dog her water and this makes it nicer and saves time from needing to go get another pitcher to getting multiple refills of water which I can now do in one step! We also decided to buy the white panels and change the color from Stainless Steel to White which I didn't even know could be done until my wife told me. This allowed us to customize the frig exactly how we wanted it to fit our decor. I also love the app which allows you to control the fridge and freezer temps, turn sounds on / off, set the 'do not make ice at night' feature, so it is quieter at night and other options as well. I would highly recommend this fridge and happy that we got it with all the features that fit our family's needs. Thanks Samsung!

From weekly groceries to party prep, everything has a place. And somehow, it still feels sleek and uncluttered. Let’s talk about the Beverage Center—easily my favorite feature. I’ve made it part of my daily routine to fill up my 40 oz insulated tumbler with citrus-infused water, and I love that it’s tucked away behind the door for a clean, streamlined look. Meanwhile, my husband still gets his go-to water dispenser on the outside—win-win. It’s the perfect combination of design and functionality. The FlexZone drawer deserves its own spotlight. Whether I’m storing meats and cheeses for a charcuterie night or chilling a few bottles of wine for a gathering, the ability to customize the temperature and purpose of that space is something I didn’t know I needed—but now couldn’t live without. The ice maker did take a couple of days to really get going, but once it kicked in, it’s been great. I do wish I had selected the model with the cubed and nugget-style ice options (because who doesn’t love nugget ice?), but the standard cubes work just fine and keep up with our needs. Another unexpected perk? The SmartThings app. I love being able to check in on the fridge, adjust temperatures, and monitor energy usage right from my phone. It adds peace of mind and just makes the whole experience feel more connected and modern. On top of all that, the stainless steel Bespoke design is stunning. It adds such a clean, elevated look to our kitchen without being over the top. It’s stylish, smart, and built for how we actually live. If you’re on the fence about upgrading your refrigerator—especially if you need space, flexibility, and modern features—I can’t recommend this model enough. Samsung nailed it with this one!

Only downside was peeling the 25 lbs of plastic wrap off every surface, but I suppose it’s a necessary evil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this Samsung refrigerator. It looks so much more sleek and modern without the handles. It really gives it an upgraded look. There is so much space and different ways you can customize the shelves. the second shelf can actually be pushed in, so that there is more space to add taller items. That was one of my concerns; that there wasn’t enough space for the taller items that needed storing. The adjustable shelves definitely helped a lot. I love the deep drawers, I can fit all of my fruits and veggies in them. The beverage center is pretty cool. It would be great if there is eventually a glass pitcher available. We are trying to get rid of plastics, so this probably will not be getting any use, but I’m sure is a great bonus to many. The middle drawer is perfect to put smaller items. We use them to stock up on yogurts. It’s easy to get to and looks organized and neat. The freezer has 2 sections. It’s easy to push the top drawer to get to the bottom and has more than enough storage space. I wish there were more ice settings to change the size, but it is still functional and works well.
