The fridge door panel can be customized to different colors. I picked stainless steel because of the modern look. The SmartThings app sends alerts when the door is left open and lets you adjust the temperature of the fridge and freezer remotely through the app. The customizable FlexZone drawer with 5 different temperature settings adds extra versatility, making it perfect for any household. The ice maker produces two types of ice, which is perfect for everything from cocktails to everyday drinks. The Beverage Center features both a water dispenser and autofill water pitcher. The pitcher is BPA free and dishwasher safe. I have been infusing water by placing orange, lemon and cucumber in the pitcher's infuser. It definitely helped me increase my daily water intake. Overall I am very happy with the fridge. It's well designed and spacious and has a lot of unique features.

The included water pitcher is great as I hate buying cases of water. So now I save money, sapce and am more environmentally friendly. The chrome exterior looks great and easy to clean. This fridge offers plenty of storage for my growing family. This arrived in the middle of my kitchen renovation so i have a bit more time before I can enjoy this to its fullest capacity.

Meanwhile, my husband still gets his go-to water dispenser on the outside—win-win. It’s the perfect combination of design and functionality. The FlexZone drawer deserves its own spotlight. Whether I’m storing meats and cheeses for a charcuterie night or chilling a few bottles of wine for a gathering, the ability to customize the temperature and purpose of that space is something I didn’t know I needed—but now couldn’t live without. The ice maker did take a couple of days to really get going, but once it kicked in, it’s been great. I do wish I had selected the model with the cubed and nugget-style ice options (because who doesn’t love nugget ice?), but the standard cubes work just fine and keep up with our needs. The main area holds so much, without wasting any space. Even the freezer holds more than our other side by side fridge freezer did! The middle drawer is super neat for storing cheeses! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a lot of time researching the latest fridges as I am the type of person who really values knowing everything I can before purchasing. I already had a Samsung Fridge and it lasted almost 13 years, so I knew I could trust the Samsung Brand. The new fridge is big “upgrade” of functionality to my previous. A lot of components such as the ice marker, water dispenser, and door side shelves are improved. The ice marker being located in the freezer allows you to put more in the fridge section which is critical when you’re hosting a party and need more fridge space. The doors are more roomy, so it provides you with more space for all your sauces, cause what’s a meal without a million condiments. The only negative i would say from my previous model Samsung and this model is the fridge selves does have as much adjustable levels. Previously you could make one side higher and the other side lower if you’re fitting in tall stock jars or a gallon of milk. It does have the slide shelf and you can make the center wider, but I liked having the mismatched shelf heights. My favorite upgraded feature is definitely the “separate middle drawer” it allows for you to put in seltzer cans and other items you need to access quickly, such as snacks or leftovers without opening the “big” fridge. This is wonderful for energy efficiency.

I enjoy the pitcher for water and the ice tray the most. Having a pitcher makes life so much easier and our dogs appreciate the quick fill up now. THE TOP SHELF IN THE FRIDGE IS ONE LONG SHELF AND DOESN'T HELP WITH CUSTOMIZATION IF THE FRIDGE IN THE INSIDE. LASTLY, THE EXTERIOR GETS FINGER PRINTS EASILY. THINGS THAT I LOVE ABOUT THE FRIDGE ARE HOW SLEEK AND BEAUTIFUL THE FRIDGE IS! I LOOKS GREAT! I ABSOLUTELY LIVE THE BEVERAGE CENTER AND THE AUTO FILLING PITCHER! I LOVE THAT I CAN ADD FRUITS OR VEGGIES TO IT TO ADD A BUT IF FLAVOR TO THE WATER. A COUPLE OF TWEAKS AND THIS FRIDGE WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! GREAT MID-RANGE OPTION THOUGH.

When you open it, you will be surprised with how big it is. The shelf spacing might not be the best and it looks like you could only adjust them a little bit. I have a lot of condiments and had a hard time fitting them in the door, especially if you have tall ones, but with a little arranging, I made it work. I love the flex drawer has a lot of extra space. I love the auto fill pitcher that is a great feature! I dislike that the water dispenser is inside the door and you have to leave it open when filling but it gives the fridge a clean look on the outside. The freezer has a ton of space I do like the ice scoop for the ice makes it very convenient. Overall, very happy with this fridge. Great look and lots of space.
