[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being able to remote control this unit is awesome. I can load it up, go shopping. Check my Tesla app to see how much solar I'm getting and when the solar is adequate, I can start it remotely to time it to end at a specific time just when I get home. Heavy unit but there is no vibration at all, very quiet. Seems to hold several months worth of detergent and softener. The only thing it doesn't automate is the insertion of dryer sheets. You have to set the storage bins to what is actually being used, default has both bins set to detergent. You can set detergent concentration as well 1x, 2x etc. Uses SmartThings app on your phone to monitor, make changes etc. One thing I'm not sure about is getting the notification that the cycle completed, I didn't get one.

Many cycles to select from based on the type of load and load capacity. Prompt notifications for on cycle completion. Only improvement needed is reducing the sound when cycle is in progress.

Having one machine handle the entire process from washing to drying is a game changer. Load the clothes, select the cycle, and come back to clean, dry laundry—no moving wet clothes from one machine to another. The vented drying performance has been excellent, and the clothes actually come out dry. The machine is quiet, easy to use, and the smart features make it simple to monitor a load without constantly checking on it. I also love the space savings. Getting full washer and dryer functionality from one appliance makes the laundry area feel much cleaner and more efficient. Samsung did a great job combining convenience, technology, and performance into one machine. If you're considering an all-in-one because you want to simplify laundry without giving up the performance of a traditional washer and dryer, I highly recommend this one. It's one of those purchases where you quickly wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner. 5 stars from me. Great technology, great performance, and incredibly convenient. No real vibration. Because the machine is so quiet and easy to use I'm seriously considering getting a second one to put in my kids' Jack and Jill. Our clothes come out cleaner than ever before, there is no forgetting to put them in the dryer, no rewashing, and the settings make so much sense. Perfect for busy life, teenagers, etc. efficiency is top notch and it has already saved us so much on our power, water, and laundry detergent cost. Pop your clothes, or bedding, etc. into the drum, press two buttons and receive an alert when they are done! Laundry smells amazing, stains are gone, it's amazing! Denim can be a slight challenge with wrinkling, we haven't figured that out just yet, but it's not every time, and we just steam or iron those. Our only issues we have had are with understanding the different cycles and with the door opening orientation. An owners manual did not come with the machine, and the QR code takes you to a completely different product. The door opens from right to left and our laundry room would work better with the opposite so we have not quite been able to experience the full extent of the space saving aspect of a two in one, as we have it “caddy cornered” in the area now. We have had this machine almost a year now, and I doubt we will ever go back to a two machine system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great at washing and drying in a timely manner. I have zero complaints. We did have a repair required at 5 months to replace a wiring harness. Other than that issue it has been far superior to the LG model that I had in the past.
