[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the washer and dryer for about 2 years and they have worked great so far. The only thing I would suggest is keeping an eye out for dying features. Sometimes it won't dry all my clothes but I believe it's because of ventilation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great product. You put your laundry in and take it out after you are notified by SmartThings app that laundry is done. You can just wash and don't dry depending on what you desire. It has great capacity for an all in one washer/dryer and uses less electricity and water than regular washers/Dryers. It has built in automated cleaning after a number of cycles you select. It cleans and dries just like a regular washer and dryer but only in more efficient way.

I have a vented version, and the drying doesn't seem to be an issue as I've heard others mention with 2-in-1 models. There are a lot of features on the touchscreen that seem mostly unnecessary, and don't always seem to work super well, like accessing the Ring app, or watching YouTube. I have no need for the features, and have only messed with them a few times since setting up the machine, but I didn't think that it worked great. My only real complaint is the lint trap is a little annoying to clean. There's no real convenient method to remove the lint without making a mess of dust. Other than that, I love it and wouldn't go back from a 2-in-1. Much more convenient than switching clothes between machines.

And let me tell you about the capacity! I can fit at least 3 full size comforters in them! The cycle time is also so much less then I'm used to! If you can absolutely do!!

You can monitor the laundry status on your cell and use all the features that make it so flexible. It's front loading so there's no stretching to get that last sock out. The capacity is really large and it's quiet. Good machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for 8 months and I don't have a single complaint. Capacity is amazing, it wash/dries my largest bedding. I love that it senses the load to set the cleaning and drying time, and the detergent sensor means that I use so much less detergent than adding detergent manually. I love that there are many cycle options for the type of load and that you can customize how you want to wash or dry and that the door opens when the load is done to let the hot air out. 10 out of 10, they thought of everything. This is a great machine!
