The ease of loading your laundry, setting it and never having to transfer the laundry to a dryer is unparalleled. It is an absolute game changer to be able to set the machine, go out or go to sleep, and return to dry clothes. With the auto detergent dispenser and automatic opening door, I don't even have to worry about measuring detergent or mold building up inside the machine. Make sure you set the detergent concentration in the settings - most are 2x or 3x rather than the default setting (1x). I have a passion for devices that make my life easier and more streamlined, and this washer/dryer is certainly that.

I use the heavy cycle for grandkids clothes because I can put a lot of clothes in the cycle. I like that after the wash cycle it suggests a dryer setting. Everything gets clean.

By the time you return it is cleaned, dried and ready to wear. It does not take very long at all. The venting was easy to install and did not take very long at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Edcellent machines and with 2 young kids and active lifestyle (sports and biking) we use the laundry every other day, with practical AI features like auto sense and fast wash its a breeze and it adjusts well to the type of garments put in the machine. It can sense the load and adjust the cycle accordingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate this appliance. While the idea is great, the efficiency is lacking. It takes 3 hours for a normal load and it is never entirely dry when the cycle is finished. I have to add an extra 30 min dry cycle to every single load to actually get the stuff dry. Super frustrating after waiting 3 hours to finish, just to add more dry time to it. Super annoying safety feature- the appliance locks while in use so once the dryer has been started it will not unlock until after a cooling period. The cooling period takes 5+ mins. I'm 40 years old, I have yet to burn myself from a dryer. This is the dumbest safety feature ever and cannot be turned off or overrode. It is really frustrating when you are in a hurry. The screen glitches constantly. Sometimes it will overlay 2 or more different screens over top of each other. Makes reading the screen hard. Sometimes the screen will say it's drying when you selected a dry cycle but it will start a wash cycle instead. Super frustrating when you were trying to get your clothes dry and now you've got to wait another 3 hours for it to finish…. Again. Sometimes it randomly spits out fabric softner on clothes after they've washed and are drying. Time to rewash the load and waste some more time. Super frustrating. Sometimes it leaves a puddle on the floor. It appears to be leaking from where it adds the detergent and softener. Only does it once every couple weeks. Over all would not buy again & would only recommend to someone I hate. I simply cannot catch up on laundry due to the time it takes to actually wash and completely dry a load. & then when it's washing when you needed it to dry your clothes. & you're rewashing to get the random spots of softner off your clothes. It's an uphill battle & it seems the machine is working against you. This washer has caused more fights in the last 10 months than we have had in our marriage over the past 20 years. Husbands do not buy this for your wife. She will hate you for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for 8 months and I don't have a single complaint. Capacity is amazing, it wash/dries my largest bedding. I love that it senses the load to set the cleaning and drying time, and the detergent sensor means that I use so much less detergent than adding detergent manually. I love that there are many cycle options for the type of load and that you can customize how you want to wash or dry and that the door opens when the load is done to let the hot air out. 10 out of 10, they thought of everything. This is a great machine!

Terrible customer service. I have waited three separate days and removed the doorway into my house twice waiting for an installation team who never shows up. Multiple calls to the Sam's helpdesk have been unproductive. Their local delivery partner rxi is a disaster. They have no showed two different delivery dates. They hauled away my old washer and dryer without getting the new one in place. Would give zero stars if I could. Run the other way and find a better place to buy your washing machine. I have no idea if the machine itself is good or bad as I've been waiting more than a month to have it actually installed…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo works flawlessly. The number of customized cycles works for virtually every situation. It is so convenient to toss laundry I to the machine before work and come home to the task completely finished. On the weekends with it being a vented system it is quick enough to get all of the laundry done in one day. We have had it for 90 days and it has been a purchase with more value than we would have ever expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine since December last year. The main reason behind getting it was that appreciated having just one machine instead of two. The machine being vented ((like a traditional dryer) was a great plus as well. With the machine being so new on the market, there were some initial growing pains but it's been working flawlessly for months and months. The capacity is truly ginormous, the cycle times are not any longer that a wash and dry combined, and it looks great. It does a remarkable job washing and drying. Highly recommend..
